Highly disappointed. Ordered 2 cheese pizzas. Not far from my home and came 30 minutes after the latest delivery window time. Looks like 1 pizza cheese was added after it came out the oven. Paid for ranch that I didn’t receive.

Good food and good prices but my delivery of a salad and garlic knots took 2 hours. Didn’t receive any updates on the order through grub hub so I had no idea if the order was being made, on the way, etc. plus they didn’t cut up any of the Add ons that were on top of my salad so there were giant chunks of feta and stuff

Food is ok when its cooked fully . I ordered pizza a couple times from here and sometimes its soggy but i never say nothing because the kids still eat it . But today was bad and when i called about it , they asked for the pizza back and wasnt gonna bring a new one smh . They was just gonna pickup the one they messed up but not bring a new one . First off that nasty amd bad customer service and then the delivery guy is yelling at me because i wasnt satisfied with their food . Then becaise one piece of pizza was taken from my son and thrown out he said he would only make a medium instead of large when thats what i paid for . POOR customer service at this establishment .

This place has gone thru several owners. Somehow the food has stayed the same. Thats not the issue tho. With the current owner, each time he tries to hassle you for the smallest thing.
For my most recent order, he said he forgot to put the lettuce and tomato on it. But he had them on the side for me. I said ok np. There was no peppers or mushrooms on it. I went back in and he tried to argue with me that I ordered a cheesesteak and not a philly cheesesteak. Regardless I showed him my email recepit. He presumably put the things on it it was missing. I got back to my vehicle and looked. He put mushrooms and no peppers. I produced the actual printed recepit he gave me. He finally apologized and put the peppers on it. I am not sure why he finally admitted to being wrong with the printed recepit vs the emailed one. They were both identical. It doesnt matter which sandwhich it was. I never order any different from here. It is always ALWAYS the same sandwhich, same order. Always. I just reorder the previous order each time.
I can only assume he did this on purpose. Why say he forgot the lettuce and tomato and have them on the side? He also ‘forgot’ the peppers and mushrooms.
For spending $20 the food is pretty good. But it is not worth the aggravation from the quirky owner. Other reviews have had similar complaints. I will find somewhere else to buy a philly cheesesteak when I am occasionally in the mood for one. He no longer deserves my business. $20 is not worth having to worry about did he cook the green peppers and will I get sick from it. He can hassle someone else.

Was walkin about around town and met the owner outside the store, He was very friendly tho spoke little English inviting me in. So I decided to try the place out, yes tho it may be off to the side and in a hidden part of town to me at least. The Pizza was great took only a little bit for it to be prepared, it tasted delicious, especially for its price. Plan to revisit due to how close it is to the barracks.

Four seasons messed up another phone order. Missing an entire sub. The meatballs were disgusting anyways, taste like very cheap frozen meatballs that’s were chopped up. Last time I order a BLT and it was horrible. Had like 2 thin slices of tomato on an 11″ sub, they use a very strange ” bacon” product, i have no idea what that stuff really is. We really need to find a better sub place that delivers to the Shipyard.

Hole in the wall pizza spot that has become my go to for quality pizza in the area. The dough is made fresh and the owner really knows pizza. Make sure you do take out tho, the owner usually only has one worker and himself to do everything including delivery so you could be waiting a minute.

I will never order from this place again. The delivery came from some guy who barely spoke English who forgot my extra drink..The $10 fish dinner I ordered had half cold fries, and 2 big pieces of half burned frozen fish patties that tasted watery and very bland..My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger meal. The fries had hair in it, the meat portion of the burger was much smaller than the bread..cheese was nonexistent. The salad looked appealing until I gave it a whiff, the onions and cucumber had a faint sour smell like it has sat out on a warm environment for a while. $$10 for each dinner. That was a complete waste of food and money, and they need the board of health to come there. The worst.
