I just recently ordered food . Only asking about prices wise to add something to my order. ( aka garlic knots that were burnt anyways) Order #822 ordered on February 14 2026 @ 7:30 pm . I was wrongly charged over the phone and then hung up because they had already received my food . I tried to explain but i think that had to be the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced over the phone . I’m honestly disappointed because i’ve never had a problem before. Picture below.

Pleasantly surprised to find decent pizza in Snow Hill on the outskirts of town next to the single McDees. Someone said this is like childhood pizza and going to have to agree with that. It’s close to a Philly slice with greasy cheese, mid thin flexy crust. The sauce was unique in that is was sweet and a saucy. It’s a wet slice. An old school slice. The kind you fold and eat. Comes hot out of oven. Also, their red pepper comes in divvied out containers so they are either buying bulk or making their own because it’s fragrant! And the cuts look hand blended? But idk. But doesn’t matter bc their pepper flakes to go are a highlight.

I got the buffalo wings. Lightly sauced. (My request) Very good, tasty but a little on the dry side. Service was self serve kinda. You order at the counter and they bring your food. But soda was self serve. My friend always gets the cheese steak combo so he really likes it.

The girl that answers the phone is rude and Dismissive. I repeated my order to her four times and a fifth time before ending the call. I felt the Dismissive attitude so I picked up my order instead of delivery so I can check my order right there. My order was not completed properly then she says of I might have forgot to tell you that we don’t have it. No you just didn’t care to listen to the order to begin with and thought I wouldn’t check it until leaving. My cheesesteaks were horrible and thin. I am born and raised Philly native and what is being sold here would not pass at even a mom and pops store in Philly. The locals might love it because they know no better. The salad was hot and wilted because they put hot chicken on top of so called fresh vegetables and cheese on top of the hot chicken so I ended up with grilled chicken with melted cheese and soggy wilted vegetables and when I said something the cashier replied we didn’t charge you extra for anything. JUST HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY PET TO EVEN EAT HERE.

This is a small business that strives to offer it All. They are quick, efficient and most menu items are delicious and generous. Because they offer such a wide menu, sometimes the item isn’t quite what it should be, ingredient wise (to be authentic) but still generous and delicious.
I have a job locally and temporarily located in this town and it’s my go to stop for Lunch, for a couple months running…..Only thing they don’t seem to offer are soups, which honestly is the only thing I’d desire after having ordered nearly the entire Menu.

Now this place is the place to hang out. Daily specials, friendly staff, open kitchen, and even desserts. Yeah this pizza place has more to offer than what its name suggests. And the prices – they will keep you coming back for more.

HOLY HELL! That was the fastest delivery I ever seen in my life. I had to change my first review because I wasn’t very happy with the girl that answered the phone. She was about as nice as a Honey Badger but maybe she’s having a bad day, idk. If the internet ever goes down we’re in big trouble. This is a very small town but obviously ppl can’t find their own mailbox without Google maps. I’m here to do a shutdown to give them even better internet service so I don’t know the address. I was told, “the HUGE phone building across from the gigantic mill” and I found it with no trouble. However, not so much pizza delivery…
