I got the bbq nachos, smoked turkey club, collard greens, and baked beans. ALL FIRE. The nachos made me tear up, no lie. The collar greens are a little more vinegary than I like but still good. I recommend EVERYTHING that I had. The lady behind the bar had the best service and hospitality. Truly loved it and my first time here I will be back.

Oh… My God… Imagine the good Lord above came down and touched your taste buds in such a way that the food you were about to receive tasted like a unicorn french kissing your taste buds. THAT is how the BBQ tastes at Four Pegs.
We had the pleasure of a super charming young man named Dustin taking care of us at the bar. Though the establishment was quite busy, Dustin took the time to explain the menu and walk us through the various ordering options. He also let us substitute a few things around within reason. The whiskey list was expansive and the pores are 2 oz unlike many of the other places thank goodness.
We ended up ordering the sampler plate where we had ribs, wings, brisket and we paid extra to add burnt ends. Four separate meats ALL cooked expertly! Tender, smoked yet moist, our tummies have never been happier.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and pop in. If Dustin is at the bar that’s just an added bonus because everything will be amazing. You are worth this mean experience!

Very good place to eat! Not super fancy which I like, the staff was very friendly. Food taste really good. They do have outdoor seating. Nice stocked bar. Not many TV’s but that wasn’t to bad. I will definitely go back.

We came in for food late 10:30) and we’re so excited that not only were they open, but it was the best meal we had all weekend!
We sat at the bar and chatted with a hilarious and attentive bartender. We split cauliflower bites and they were SPICY and delicious! The chips on top were a great touch.
My boyfriend had a brisket hot dog pretzel beer cheese concoction. He never finishes his food, but he cleaned his plate! He got a side of tots and BBQ sauce that was so good. I had the jackfruit sandwich. Let me tell you if you are vegan/vegetarian OMG you have come to the right place! It was HUGE and liked just like pulled pork. It was smokey saucy and I could drive back just for that.
The atmosphere was great, staff were awesome, and they make a mean Manhattan!

This is a delightful little hole-in-the-wall spot with some great ambiance and terrific servers working. The highlight was the smoked wings, especially the ones with their homemade buffalo sauce. Those might have been the best buffalo wings I’ve ever eaten, with a delightful sweetness that balanced out the spice. The ribs and pulled chicken were both nice as well. And the tater tots were second to none. If I lived in Louisville, those buffalo wings would be my go-to

Wings : the wings had great flavor, I just wish they were crispy, but they were really delicious, 100% recommended!
(Ask for blue cheese with the wings, it’s delicious)
The smoked Cubano : not my favorite, the bread was soggy, I was not a fan, but my husband loved it, same as the mac and cheese.
Loaded fries : they’re right on! 100% recommended!

Cool spot with an awesome staff. We stopped for one quick one but stayed for a few because the vibe and conversation were both great. We didn’t eat but the food looked and smelled great. They have awesome happy hour deals . Definitely woth a stop!

I was very excited to try Four Pegs and had heard many great things about them; however my experience was lack luster at best. The appetizer me and my partner got was the chili cheese fries, they were delicious; fresh, hot, cheesy, yummy. The entree I got was the burrito and my partner got the wings. The wings seemed to be good, they were a good size too. I did not get to really test my burrito to it’s fullest as 2 bites in I noticed a hair in the chili. The staff was very good about removing it from my bill and offering me something else, but my appetite was ruined. Now moving on to the staff, the host was a lovely woman, she was so warm and her smile was very welcoming. My waitress however came across very cold and “put out” because we were asking questions. With it being my first time I was inquiring how many wings came in an order (as it is not states on the menu) and she said the answer in a tone that screamed “you dont know this?”. Over all, it was not the best experience for a first time visitor. I dont know if I will be back anytime soon but I would like to give the place another chance.

We stopped in here the other night on while on a road trip and it was possibly the best stop of the whole trip!! The wings are super flavorful and have an amazing crunch from the dry rub, the mac and cheese is perfect,nice and creamy and full of flavor. Coleslaw was on point, both some how kinda spicy and sweet that honestly made me want to drink the remaining juice at the bottom of the cup. But best of all were the ribs. Now these are not fall off the bone kinda ribs and that’s OK because they are the kind that you actually want to hold the bone and eat everything, they have a wonderful crust of flavor and pull that left me wanting to order more despite be super full. The staff was super friendly and I loved the fact they keep a wing champions chart on the chalkboard! Highly recommend. We will definitely make sure our next road trip adds Four Pegs as mandatory stop on the way!

If you’re into a very comfortable low limit old-fashioned food experience with a fantastic bar and bartender very attended weight staff. This is your place. Amazing selection of bourbons and craft beers. The barbecue is incredible. And this comes from someone who’s had a lot. Incredible old old bar and atmosphere. Cannot recommend Highly enough. Dress code fits the low key so come ready to eat.
