Your job as a bartender is not to offer commentary on what I order. If you don’t want to serve something, don’t put it on your menu. I ordered a seltzer while my wife ordered a quality but also expensive cocktail. Ordered a seltzer from one bartender, only to have another chime in and chirp at me.
When you have a bunch of $18-20 drinks on a menu having an affordable option is a good offset. Maybe I don’t want to fork over $150 for 3 rounds..
For what it’s worth the drinks an atmosphere were quality. Just one guy left a bad taste in my mouth.

This cocktail bar is one of my go-tos! It’s pretty under the radar, every time I have been it’s not overly crowded. The drinks are consistently great and well balanced.
The staff always takes the time to help pick a drink and explain the chemistry behind it, it’s so interesting to hear how much goes behind a cocktail. Will continue to come back!

Stopped in for a cocktail and the entire staff was so welcoming. The male bartender was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The Normandie old fashion was out of this world, would also highly recommend the espresso martini #2. Check this place out! Cheers.

Amazing service, drinks, and cozy environment. The ambiance was gorgeous, and easily the best old fashioned and sour I’ve ever had. Our server, Kai, was incredibly versed in the history and profile of the spirits. He has a great energy and we would’ve asked him to join our table if we could! Kinsey and Eight Oaks have unique spirits, and plan to make a trip to those distilleries after our trip to Four Humours. The Kinsey’s whiskey chardonnay and scotch spirits are so interesting – definitely recommend trying their flights when you can!

Outstanding service, drinks, and experience. Visited on a Friday afternoon with a group of out of town friends and had a blast. The cocktails were delicious, and food tasty too. But I really want to highlight the service – excellent the entire time. Definitely plan to be back.

We loved this spot so much that we can back twice in a weekend. Really great group running the distillery who is just so passionate about their cocktail program, but let me tell you, do NOT sleep on their devilled eggs. They are incredible, and better yet, they have happy hour all day on Sundays.

Stopped by on a Saturday and was surprised at how empty it was. We then found out from the (not so friendly) bartender that they were out of their own sprits. (sorry, unexplained reasons). We choked down some Dad’s hat and ducked out. Hope to return when they make more hooch.

We stopped by here by chance and had a great experience. We tried four different cocktails and had a cheese board and Bloody Mary deviled eggs. We also had a great conversation with the bartenders and they were very helpful.
