I’m reaching out regarding an incident that occurred at your bar on 02/04/2026 around 12:45 am. While I was washing my hands, a door fell and struck me on the head and upper body. Shortly after, a bartender came in and stated that “something should have been done about the door” and acknowledged that it was an issue. She mentioned she was going to give me her contact information, but I never received it. Since the incident, I have been experiencing back and neck pain and will need to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. I wanted to formally document what happened and ask how we can proceed. Please let me know the best person to speak with regarding this matter. I really don’t want someone else to get hurt!

This was my first time visiting Hempstead and this place it was a great atmosphere good drinks and music. Very friendly staff would visit again.
