Stop in here this morning for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience. We arrived before 10 am and were promptly seated. The wait staff is courteous and friendly. We are a family of 4 adults. We all order our food and coffee. Then, the wait began. After about 15 minutes we noticed that not one table in the whole restaurant had food on it…everyone was waiting for food. While the waitstaff was friendly and keeping drinks filled. Another 15 minutes passed and only one or two plates had been delivered. Another 15 to 20 minutes later our half of our food arrived. So, two of us was able to begin eating, while the other to sat. We asked the waitress what was the issue was, apparently there was either a cook shortage or an equipment failure, I’m not sure which or maybe both.

Absolutely the definition of small town friendliness and good ol foods! Just had their stove top oatmeal and definitely falls in the home made category. Service is fantastic as is their bottomless cup of great tasting coffee. Be sure to grab a side order of their rye toast! Great friendliness and owner!

I came here with my 6 month old and the waitress Mel was very rude to me about me putting my car seat on a chair next to the table. I declined a highchair because i was going to place the car seat on the chair next to me and hold my daughter while we ate. She cant sit independently yet for a high chair. She very rudely said,” thats not safe and you’re not allowed to do that”. I said ok, ill put the car seat on the floor then… she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed before walking away. I would never do anything unsafe for my daughter and her attitude was extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had a restaurant not allow me to place my daughters car seat on an empty chair next to me. I will not be returning here which is a shame because my husband and many family members are veterans and we like to support small businesses, especially in the town we live in. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Been wanting to stop by here for some time. And we finally got a opportunity with our grandson. When we arrive the restaurant was full and a bit noisy. The food was good and we would definitely come back.

Our waitress Marty was so sweet and really added to the wonderful diner experience. She was very comforting and kind and went above and beyond to make our experience good! Food was also top tier, enjoyed myself very much, it was my first time going in and I will definitely be going back!

Super friendly staff and we got our food quickly. The only reason I did not give it five stars is all their potatoes have skin on them and it made the whole dish taste like dirt, just wish I had a warning on the menu. Otherwise good experience!

Don’t eat here! Staff is rude and will mom shame you for setting an empty car seat on an empty chair while you hold your infant the entire time. Restaurant will lie about the situation at hand to make up for such a rude employee. If you want to be mom shamed, glared at and have eyes rolled at you the entire time you’re this is the place for you.
