My partner and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary we’re not from the area and we’re on the hunt for something nice, with a good atmosphere and food and I am so glad we found this restaurant! Core memory from our Colorado stay!! The decor lighting and intimacy of the restaurant was so inviting just walking into the door. We didn’t wait long until we were greeted by a friendly smiling man, who was actually our waiter and who he himself matched the atmosphere perfectly. We were sat immediately. Our waiter Kyle took the time to answer any questions we had about the menu, he told us a little of the history of the restaurant and the owner, gave perfect suggestions (which we just about ordered every item from the happy hour menu) our food came out very quickly and oh my gosh what an experience. The food was incredible there was not one thing tha I tasted that I didn’t enjoy! The jalapeño poppers stole the show they were absolutely incredible!!! We got the blue cornbread which was amazing, not like anything I have had before. The charcuterie board was delicious, the burger and duck chili were so delicious!!! The portions were perfect for the time of day, the wait staff were incredibly attentive and just took the whole experience to another level. If you’re looking for an amazing experience from the tiny details put into the food the atmosphere and the staff I would 10/10 recommend!! Thank you for a memorable experience!! we will definately be back before our time in Colorado is up.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and was honestly most impressed by the jalapeño relleno. I’m not too big on Oysters but they were tasty and I adored the tiny body of Tabasco. Definitely a memorable experience in the springs!

We love coming here for any sort of special occasion. We get the four course meal with wine pairing and always love talking to the staff about recommendations. The food is insanely good and worth every penny. We will always come back

We had a great time at Four by Brother Luck. After reading his book, “No Lucks Given,” we were inspired to go back again, and what a treat! The food was lots of fun, no surprise. The concept of, “come and pick four courses” (the meaning of the restaurant name Four), is fun, and everyone there is so passionate. We were intrigued to learn from our waitress April that turnover there is so low, because Brother takes such good care of his people. That’s a restaurant we want to support. The bartender Kyle was super excited about his creations, and that was fun to see. Brother himself called us into the kitchen, when he saw me inspecting the grown-on-premises herbs garden and shared his heart with us about how important it is for his people to understand the effort behind the food before it even gets to the restaurant — the farmer, the distribution, the care and love that goes into it. We love this place.

We had the honor of being chosen to dine in the kitchen! Watching the staff carefully prepare each item that went out and being guided through our seven course meal by the head chef. Each plate was a spiritual experience! The bar is doing the lords work. Shout out to everyone at 4 for an incredible dinner. #1 in Colorado Springs for sure.

We came here for our 19th wedding anniversary. We had heard rave reviews for years, and knew it had to be good. The bar has just been raised to a new high.
We could not have expected to be treated to the best fine dining experience we’ve ever had. We entered and were quickly greeted by the unbelievably friendly staff, and seated immediately. After some brief banter with some of the staff, we were welcomed personally by Chef Ashley. We had barely begun looking at the menu, when Chef Ashley invited us seat in the kitchen at the Chef’s table.
Every. Single. Staff. Member.
Every single one of them, from the kitchen porters to Chef Ashley herself, was warm, welcoming, and treated us like the family they hadn’t seen in years. Everyone was genuinely happy to be there, proud of their work, and it showed how much they love what they do.
Aiden (Sorry if the spelling is incorrect) took care of us throughout the experience. This young man was the embodiment of service. Not only was his knowledge of the food and menus encyclopedic, but his joy at sharing his knowledge was palpable.
The food. I could write, ad nauseam, about the food. It was amazing. Several dishes ruined some foods for me, as I will never be able to not compare them to what I experienced tonight. The wine pairings were perfection (props to both the Head Sommelier, and Aiden for their expertise). I will not describe the foods we had, as the menu changes, but also no description I provide will do it justice. For the same reason, my pictures will not adequately capture the feast that all your senses will experience at this restaurant.
Every dish deserves its own full page of praise, but one dish, in particular, spoke to my heart. Fall is my favorite time of year, and the head pastry chef, Chef Marjorie, related to me her inspiration for creating the most magical “Fall-in-a-bite” dessert. The balance of flavors, the presentation, the taste…it grabbed a hold of my soul by the shirt collar and slapped me senseless with everything that is Fall in a single spoonful.
At the end of our meal, I was able to share some stories with Chef Ashley about our shared passion for cooking, albeit my amateur cooking skills pale by comparison.
A genuine connection with real people, their passion for cooking up their soul on a plate, and a warm, inviting restaurant and staff are just a few of the reasons we will be back as soon as we can.
Thank you to Chef Ashley, and the whole team at Four by Brother Luck, for making our Anniversary the most special one yet!

The food is exquisite and artfully prepared. This is a rare find in Colorado Springs. Presentation is stunning. Fresh ingredients, interesting flavors and good range of choices in a well thought 4 course menu. I highly recommend Brother Luck. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of, if not the best, meals and experiences we have had in quite some time. From the time the hostess guided us to our table through the conclusion of our meal, we had the opportunity to interact with Matthew, out truly outstanding server, Kyle, the bartender who warmly shared his path from New Hampshire to Colorado Springs, as well as two members of the culinary team, including the CDC. It is apparent that this group is a team who genuinely supports each other and enjoys being of service to and guiding their guests through the best possible experience. The value of what we paid for what we received continued to reveal itself course after course. One of the true masterpieces was “From the Coop,” boasting confit chicken breast croquette, rosemary fingerling, mustard green chimichurri, and fig. The bottom line is, if a restaurant takes this much care with their chicken dish and its components, you know everything else is also of championship caliber. Four by Brother Luck (I’m sure in no small part due to the leadership and culture from the top), is an absolute gem that represents everything great about dining out and serving the community. We truly cannot wait to return!

An incredible dining experience! The menu changes with the season, offering a unique and tasty change with each visit. I certainly would recommend this place for a date night or special night out, as it is pricey but oh so worth it.

It’s hard to know what to write here. The menu was really intriguing and inventive and we were really excited to go for the 4 course option. And yes, the flavours were really great, as were the combinations. Sadly 3 of our 8 dishes were over salted and ruined.
HOWEVER as soon as we mentioned it, the chef came out, discussing our concerns, thanking us for feedback and have me a new main meal, which was much better.
Matched wines were well chosen and complemented the meal really well.
The pine nut flan was by far the most amazing dessert I’ve ever eaten and a star of the meal.
We will definitely be back for their spring menu. Just hoping the same diners aren’t sitting beside us as the woman was really annoying showing her rather bored husband copious pictures of clothes she wanted to buy and giving him a very detailed description of each
