Four Brothers is our favorite pizza spot in Pleasant Valley. We’re the loyal customers for the last three years and I can promise you’ll like this place.
The pizza is really good and their greek salad with special dressing is just perfect.
The staff is always nice and the manager is always there.
The place is well maintained and everything is in order and looks modern and pretty.
I’m glad we have such a nice place nearby.
P.S. after the renovation the toilets are missing some shelves or hooks for purses and paper towels.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way home from NYC. It felt like it was out of a Hallmark movie. It was clean, nicely decorated with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the customer service was great! The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Great experience overall and exactly what we needed to fuel us up for our 6+ hour trip!

Gave this place two chances. First time we went the the waitress dumped my entire salad on me while handing it to me. Waited almost 25 minutes for a new salad while they brought my husbands food out. Offered zero anything for the inconvenience. 2nd time ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a dinner Greek salad. It arrived the size of a side salad, old dry chicken and barely any veggies!!! Literally ONE olive. I’m done, no wonder this place is always empty.

I tried the small pepperoni pizza for lunch. The pizza came fresh and it was hot. The pizza was wonderful. The deep dish pizza was crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I tried the gluten free pizza with the brothers toppings. I would recommend getting that brother toppings on your pizza. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Come hungry

Nice smaller restaurant focused on customer service. I ordered the ham grinder and Greek salad. Both were excellent with large portions. Beautifully clean with friendly and helpful staff. We will be back during our visit!

I remember coming to this restaurant in my late teens. They have been in business for over forty years and have three locations.. The pizza here is excellent. They offer hot and cold sandwiches/heroes, soups , platters and salads. They make their own salad dressing and tomato sauce and bottle and sell it in their restaurants. Prices are average and service is friendly. All three locations have always been extremely clean. Service has always been friendly.

Stick to the pizza and forget the rest of the menu. I hear the pizza is good although I’ve never tried it; there certainly were plenty of people eating it in the restaurant and picking it up to go.
As far as my dining experience went it was pretty bad. I ordered lasagna which came in a casserole dish and just barely resembled lasagna. Instead of layers of pasta with ricotta cheese and sauce, this was essentially lasagna pasta in almost a tomato like soup with a big melted chunk of mozzarella on top. My friend ordered salmon which came with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Unfortunately the water from the vegetables was all over the plate drowning/ruining the mashed potatoes. The salmon wasn’t very good nor were the vegetables.
The bread that came with the meal was also dry and stale tasting. As I said earlier, just order pizza and you’ll probably be ok. Whatever you do don’t order anything else or you’ll probably be very sorry you decided to eat that night.
I definitely do not recommend the Pleasant Valley location. I have eaten at Four Brothers in Amenia a few years back and had baked ziti and it was pretty good. Not sure if there was a change or just a difference between locations.

Four Brothers has been a go-to for as long as I can remember. We had dinner there the other night for my mom’s birthday and service left a lot to be desired. Also, I expected an upcharge for fries instead of pasta with my chicken Parm, but they charged full price for a side of fries. I got chicken Parm and a side of fries for $28. It was ok. We had to ask for bread even though we all had entrees and an annoying turnoff is the charge for refills at 3.50 per soda. They have also taken some great things off of their menu (I’m looking at you chicken and shrimp parmesan casserole and shrimp scampi) I know things change and businesses make decisions for many reasons.
