I have been at Founders Tower now for 2 months. This place is awesome. From the first day I moved in Laura the Building Manager and Tim the Building Superintendent have been very informative and helpful. Residents are very friendly and helpful and quick to introduce themselves and happy to meet the new residents. The 24-hour concierge is very nice and quick to give a helping hand with anything that needs to be done. Thank you everyone.

another striking tower in okc. i tried going to the top floor by accessing the “restaurant” that exists on the top floor per the wikipedia page but the security in the lobby told me that there isnt a restaurant on the top floor. unfortunately i was only able to admire this building from the outside.

Do not move here. It was the worst experience of my life. I was locked out several times because the security guards didn’t recognize me after 5 months. Had to stay at the hotel next door to my apartment that I pay for and couldn’t feed my dog upstairs. I was chased by security in the parking garage because they thought I was an intruder I’m a 21 yr old 5’3 110 lbs female getting into my car in the key fob locked parking garage then once he realized he just said oh. Everyone is in their 60s+ and very cranky. The building creaks so loud you can hear it over your tv and you won’t sleep. There was a sewage problem in several units so some floors stink. The concierge will look at you with your hands full and actively get back on their phone and not let you in. The clothing store guy you just wanna hide from because if you pay him once he will follow you to and from the door and out to your car to try to make alterations for you. It was truly a fever dream.

Don’t let the view fool you. If you are looking for a retirement home with tons of rules this is the perfect place. The facility is very clean and quiet but the building is needing serious work. If you are under the age of 50 you may look around before purchasing or renting here.
