DON’T WAste YOUR TIME & Money HERE!
Bought music tickets an opted for the “food Included” option
Staff was super nice! They even felt bad for how we were sold this package!
Ended up finding out when we arrived that it was an advanced payment we were conned into, to make us each spend a certain amount of money with them that we were forced to only use on food and that we couldn’t use towards anything else.
No drinks, no tipping, just had to use on food exclusively an since they billed us in advance we lost out on $70-$80 cause we didn’t want or need $200 in food for our party of 4.
Each person would have needed to order 2-3 plates of food to make this useable.
We watched the show a left wishing we had just bought the music tickets and not the food package a just eaten at a restaurant before the show.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING HOUSE OF BLUES AND THEIR “ Foundation Room” club really working people over and selling something very deceptively!
WILL NEVER RETUR HERE DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE!

Jessica Lima went out of her way to accommodate me and took excellent care of my guest…..Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience at the Foundation Room.

We have been here several times for events and had an amazing time. There’s an extra side room that makes a great space for multiple uses. If I had a complaint, it would be the bar can get crowded if it’s a super busy night, so make sure to get what you need. Also, the balcony is an amazing place to take a break to get some air.

Rude bartender. They have TVs playing advertisements for a phone charger you can rent from them. When I asked the bartender he walked away and ignored me and didn’t even ask me to pay for my drink. I found this extremely off putting and I would not drink anything prepared by that man if I were you.

Visited after a Molly Ringwalds concert… It was smaller than I expected but the music was thumping and the area was comfortable! I felt a little like a celebrity to hang out in this posh lounge lol! A very fun after party when we weren’t quite ready to go home after the concert! Highly recommend!

I used to frequent this establishment for the Sophisticated Saturdays events for 2 years but when I learned they discontinued the partnership with a minority owned business (who owned the Sophisticated Saturdays event) I was concerned why they would make that decision. Something about that makes me uncomfortable as a minority woman and leads me to believe that the management must’ve changed and is now attempting to make all events at the Foundation Room intentionally non Urban. House of Blues, please include a more diverse crowd and bring back the sophisticated Urban vibes.

Love the space!! All Black Attire Event! The Djs were amazing Damon the bartender took care of me!! He was awesome! I will definitely go back. The saxophonist in the other room was Great!
