The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere relaxing and made us feel like we could stay awhile. The staff was friendly and helpful. One member of the staff was getting ready to leave but seen I wanted to order and he took time to get my order in and answer my questions. They brought out our food in a timely manner and the drink station was clean and everything flavored well. The only complaint was the burgers were a little over cooked and dry. But they were still tasty. They do have outdoor seating when the weathers nice and a private room for parties.

The last time we ate at this location was over a year ago, so not sure if management has changed hands during that window of time. With that stated, the quality of food was lacking during this visit. Our fries were cold and limp. No one wants limped fries. Our burgers were cold as well and were terrible frozen patties. Our shakes had frost bite. It was so bad that our shakes were chunky from the frost. Customer service wasn’t bad. I really hope this was a one off and one of my favorite restaurants from years ago hasn’t become just another relic that’s changed so much it’s barely a shadow of it’s former self.

Stopped into Foster’s for a quick lunch. I hadn’t been before and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining how their ordering works.
I kept it pretty simple: 1/2 lb. char burger, American cheese, ketchup, pickles, fried onions, an order of fries, and a drink.
Food was out relatively quickly. Fries were piping hot so I started with the burger. It’s definitely a good sized patty and the roll also has a great structure so that it all holds together without getting messy. No patty slipping out of place. By the time I got to the fries, good as well… A nice mix of some they were crispy and some that were that little bit of soft (which I like both varieties.)
My wife paid and I asked about the price. I did feel it seems a little pricey for what it is, though I think it’s the reality of prices creeping upwards in all the food industry. I’d reserve it for more of an occasional treat when I want a burger that’s above a fast food version.

Sunday, 6:45PM – Observed an Employee aggressively sweeping the floor rugs within creating airborne dust and possibly bacteria around the food being prepared behind the pass thru bar area. Seems to me that it would make more sense to clean rugs outside away from food preparation and the customers that are trying to eat. Steak & Cheese Sub was small in size but was acceptable in presentation and taste, and the French fries were gross and unacceptable and full of grease. In my opinion, the Manager should do a better job. Disappointed indeed, Never again.

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Foster’s Grille. We sat at the bar and ordered burgers. It is a unique experience where you fill out a slip with your order. The burgers were good but nothing special which is the reason for the four star review. We loved the fries. We had hoped that they would have a bigger beer list but were happy to see local options available. The service was great. We will be back!

We went in on a fairly busy day and my only complaint was that it seemed understaffed. That said, the young people working up front and the kitchen staff were really busting their tails and incredibly polite. I would drive out of my way to go to this location just because of how well they were doing despite needing another person up front and maybe two more in the back. The food was very good and fresh.
