Had a different style of ordering food. Even tho we mark the food we order, the guy takes the order go thru them again, which they could have done in the first place. Anyways, food was great. Had a draft beer and it was great too. All servers and employees were very friendly and nice to us. It was full when we get in around 1 pm and after an hiur it was a little slow. Philly chicken and the grill checken sandwitches were so good. Crispy chicken sandwitch was good but not the best. Fries were delicious too. Shakes werr great desserts. Loved the food!

I continue to be disappointed and can’t believe I let my daughter talk me into eating here again. The burgers are tasteless and overcooked. The fries are THE WORST I’ve EVER had! Zero crispness; totally soggy and floppy. The buns are always dry and old. I will NEVER eat here again. And no wonder the place is never crowded.

I have visited a few of the Fosters before, I like the burgers and usually the fries. Today, it was different. The fries were not the same it was like eating cardboard, I did not finish them it was that bad. Today, the service was off, and they brought out partial order, I had to ask for the rest of my order. I got the 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries, but they forgot the fries. My wife wanted onion rings as an appetizer, and I also got 10 boneless wings mild with blue cheese. My wife got the 1/4 pound cheeseburger. The burger was smaller than a mcdouble from McDonald’s. My other problem today we ordered at 6:05 and another group of 6 came in behind us and they got their food first, our meal came around 6:30. The wings were very good this and my fries are the things that we had to ask them about it not coming. They made them quickly. The onion rings were good as well. I will go again, but hopefully, they will make improvements.

The best Fosters I have ever been to unfortunately, went on a Saturday for the first time. Took order to go, The quality was not there. The place was pretty crowded. Maybe that is why, The sandwich hamburger with cheese pickles mustard anketchup was barely warm. Did not taste fresh unlike what I’m used to getting during the week when I’ve been there for lunch so I think my lesson will be to not go on a Saturday when it is so busy.

Not from the area so had no idea what to expect. Place doesn’t seem enormous on the inside but it might be more due to the fact the group I was with had dozens of tables out together. There is also an outdoor area that seemed to have ample seating. It never felt claustrophobic, however, so I wouldn’t be concerned.
From what I could tell you could either order up at the counter or sit at the table (I came after everyone ordered so the second part of my statement might need to be corroborated). Easy ordering, menu isn’t a novel so it didn’t take long to decide what to get.
I ordered the salad for myself with grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing on the side. It came in a what I would guess was a 10″ x 10″ plastic container, loaded to the absolute limit. Fresh tomatoes, tons of greens and very juicy chicken. Zero complaints, would change nothing.
Others got wings, burgers, hot dogs, etc so I can’t comment on anything else. However my kids got grilled cheese and fries and they had no complaints so I guess it’s a win. The amount of fries that came with their meals was incredible if that’s your thing. The fries were, at least to me, quite good.
I can’t see myself returning because again, I was traveling from out of town but if anyone were to come by the area for any other reason I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a quick casual bite.

Pretty good. Onion rings( different than normal maybe supply chain issues) were great. The fries were also amazing(slightly crispy/soggy) . The entres not so much. The hamburger was pretty good but definanatly a prepattied burger. It was overcooked and very greesy. The chicken philly cheese steak had no flavor and was cold( WOULDNT ORDER EVER AGAIN) . It is a better deal to order sides on the side and a burger desperately than a basket. The atmosphere was nice.

We’re only in VA occasionally to visit family. We stopped into Foster’s for lunch and were very happy we did! The staff was VERY courteous & helpful especially Landon! We each had a special menu item & Fosters AMAZING Fries! The Fries are definitely among the best we’ve had anywhere & were hot crispy & delicious! Next time we’re in VA we’ll be back Foster’s. Keep up the good work!

Love the food here, but I have a gripe with the pickup service. I’ve ordered online and picked up numerous times and not once has the food ever been ready at the designated pickup time. I always end up having to wait for at least 10 minutes – usually closer to 15-20. It would be appreciated if they get this part of their service tightened up.
