But I’ll give you my first impression experience
I could feel the tension / awkwardness of the girl working cause I presume the older gentleman is also her boss / the owner. I’ve owned small businesses and know sometimes it can be tense working with the operating owner / manager lol
A two person team seems to be the most they can have for the traffic but when I finished there was a nice rush for them. Overall if a business is honesty and tries hard I believe and support small businesses
For $22.14 for a diet Pepsi double burger w bacon and small fries it’s a tough sell for me.
But the fries were crispy (unless in n out fries, and not burnt like well done in n out fries ) and the burger was ok.
Toward the end though I felt like the burger in my mouth coagulated into the texture of play doh and I don’t know if that’s normal in a burger? I’ll have to pay more attention next time I’m at in n out lol.
Another comment said the burgers are pretty greasy so it’s probably that vs my “is the bun undercooked?” Thought
The bacon was cooked in the frier and the Patty’s made when I ordered.
Can’t comment on cleanliness for the gentleman who I’ve read handles money then cooks but – he didn’t handle money so there’s that. Maybe he read the review
The building inside is a bit dated and presuming it’s a franchise I just feel like there’s just way too much going on in the menu but it also seems there’s something for everyone.
A little hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere lol. Probably a more accurate 3.5* but round up as it wasn’t really a 3.4.
Happy eating
Really enjoy the fresh chocolate dipped soft serve. Visited for Valentine’s day special sundae posted on their social media but the staff working had no clue. Then the older guy proceeded to yell at the girl working, made us feel so bad for her just trying to understand. If you’re running a special post it & tell the staff. Then we overcharged (we checked the receipt).
Over that time, the prices have changed, some of faces and the menu as well, to some extent. The changes I noticed, were to keep up with the times and were improvements. However, some things never change, because they just don’t get any better. I love the fact that each order is cooked fresh, and you can watch it being made. There is a variety of burgers and meals that would satisfy any craving that might occur in my family. We’re talking about 2 adults and 5 kids . I love the fish sandwich, the Patty Melt, the burgers and the Corn Dogs. If you like fries, they are the best.
They feature lots of Floats, shakes and “soft” ice cream cones, real sundaes, banana splits, but my favorite is the Large Chocolate Malt.
It’s the “Bomb”. Prices are moderate, they pay fair wages, quality is tops, service is great. You can dine inside, on the patio outside or order at the window and they call your order out when ready and you can wait in your car.
It’s worth checking it out. You might become a regular, like me.
