Service is ok. Better than McDonald’s for sure. The food is good and especially the shakes. But it’s way pricey for fast food. A group of 4 was ahead of me and got just basic orders. 3 got combo meals and the other just got a burger and fry – it was $74!

The drive thru employee was nice. But my food was horrible. I got cheese on hamburger, which I specifically asked for none. The hamburger looked disgusting. The fries were barely warn. I took the whole order in for a complete refund. So disappointing.

I ordered a Cold Brew Coffee Milkshake. It tasted off so I asked. The employee (Supervisor )told me he made it with the half and half ice cream meaning both chocolate and vanilla. I AM ALLERGIC TO CHOCOLATE!!!! I told him that’s not right!!! It’s supposed to be Vanilla Ice Cream. He said NO BOTH of the milkshakes use it. I said if they both have chocolate then why are they different products/ Drinks . So WARNING THEY PUT CHOCOLATE IN THE COLD BREW COFFEE MILKSHAKE.

I haven’t eaten here in years, but remembered it fondly as tasty and fresh. I’ll chalk that up to nostalgia I suppose, because my wife and I decided to eat here for lunch today, and we were both terribly disappointed. The cashier had a bad attitude and was impatient even though we were the only ones waiting to order. I had the fried chicken sandwich, my wife had the fish filet sandwich, and we shared onion rings. The chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best, her fish sandwich was cold all the way through and the onion rings were falling apart because they were so grease soaked. The dipping sauce was the only source of flavor in the whole meal, aside from the aftertaste of the food which is like licking a griddle that hasn’t been cleaned in a decade. The worst part is we actually paid almost $30 for this junk. We will never eat Fosters again. Save yourself and eat at Whiteys Burger truck behind Lucky’s on the south side. I’m going to go rinse with mouthwash now.

Foster freeze used to be my favorite place to get a hamburger, but after three tries I am convinced the quality has gone way down the none seasoned gray meat patty tastes like it was rewarmed in a microwave the last visi it was it was over cooked and it was tough like shoe leather. I don’t think I’m going to be going back ever. for what I paid, I’d rather just go to Burger King or McDonald’s. Perhaps this is why they make sure you don’t get a receipt because it makes it harder to call back and complain to a manager.

They are always so rude here. Everytime I’m ordering from the drive thru they are rushing me even if I’m the only customer and they get upset when I want to add to my order. I only ever get two twisters, it’s not like I’m ordering a whole bunch of food. Today the lady was so rude that I ended up leaving without getting my twisters.

I ordered a Twister and upon eating it was met with the taste of some kind of bleach or cleaning chemical. “Cleanliness is next to godliness” doesn’t mean I want to meet god right now.

Way overpriced over 30.00 for two the big boss burger large combos make money is one thing but let’s not price gouge the customer. There is a sign posted by the cashier “due to weather conditions there is a lettuce shortage.” No lettuce on burgers then why not lower the price of the burger and or meals combos?
