Ordered 2 cherry parfaits and got no cherry toppings. They put in some sort of strawberry syrup mixed with maraschino cherries to look like it’s a cherry topping but it’s not. This place is ripping people off. And everytime I come here they always get my order wrong or try to be stingy and hardly give me any toppings. Most of these workers have can’t understand and have broken English so it’s frustrating to order. Don’t waste your money here.

Since my daughter Crystal & myself were in Reedley we went to Foster Freeze again but this time we went inside. I was so surprised they have a T.V. so customers can watch something while their eating. Their was only one Employee cooking & she was Super Fast, & Friendly & my order this time was called Classic Meal but I exchanged the soda for a Vanilla Frappe which I didn’t know they had? It tastes Very Good…

When I’m in reedley this is he place I go to get a burger, even when it’s extremely busy, I find it to be worth the wait! Their fries are always great!! And the burgers are always the right size!! I recommend it to friend and family!!

Food is great as always but the customer service is trash. If you don’t like your job or don’t know how to be polite, smile etc then maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service. Do better to be a light in the world, It can already be a hateful place for so many of us.

This place took my tastebuds on a road trip, I got a cookies and cream twister and it was amazing, they sadly don’t have chicken nuggets, but their tenders, burgers, and ice cream top tier, the workers are kind and have a very clean area small but good they even have chairs so you can see it outside I will never stop coming here.
