What a wonderful gem to have in the Eaton Rapids community! I recently visited Foster Coffee for the first time after being sent a coupon in the mail. The staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. Everything was reasonably priced, and they had a great selection of both seasonal and regular drinks. I ordered a matcha with oat milk and was pleasantly surprised – not every coffee shop gets matcha right, but Foster’s is fantastic (they use Japanese matcha, and it makes all the difference!)
The space is beautiful. The interior is modern but cozy and tastefully decorated with plenty of room to relax and chat. I love that they host community events here – more of that! Overall, a stellar experience. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Foster Coffee is a beautiful, clean coffee shop with a really welcoming vibe. The space is bright and cozy, the staff are always friendly and upbeat, and it’s a great place to slow down and relax. I especially enjoy grabbing a seat on the couch and looking out the big window on days when I’m not in a rush.
I do find the drink prices a bit on the higher side, and at times the beverage flavors can be a little subtle for the cost. I’ve also noticed that they can occasionally be understaffed, with one person handling food and only one or two people making drinks and staffing the register, which can lead to longer wait times during busy moments.
That said, they offer a nice rewards program, a convenient mobile app with order-ahead options, and a tempting merch area with shirts and mugs that always catches my eye. I haven’t tried much of the food yet, but it always looks great—and there’s almost always someone picking up food when I’m there. Overall, Foster Coffee is a lovely spot to visit when you have time to linger and enjoy the atmosphere.

Pretty disappointed with the tiny portion and lack of flavor in the breakfast wraps we ordered. For $10 I expect a wrap to be a full portion but the filling was so minimal it wasn’t even half a meal. We substituted avocado for meat and got barely a half a tablespoon of avo. Im not sure there was even a whole egg in each wrap, it was overall just so tiny. It didn’t seem like the food was salted at all and was completely devoid of flavor. And disappointed that there wasn’t a plant based milk option for drinks that was free. Instead all plant-based milk substitutions were 1$, so I didn’t get coffee. This review is just for the food.

Foster Coffee Company in Eaton Rapids is such a hidden gem! The vibe is super fun and trendy — perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Their coffee is always spot-on (I live a simple coffee with cream & sugar), and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. It’s one of those places that just feels good to be in. So happy to have a spot like this in town!

I have continued to come and also used for some small group orders. Definitely deserving of the 5 stars I originally gave. I recently had a really good experience where there had been an accident in an order on my part, but the manager Mackenzie went above and beyond to make sure me and my party were well taken care of. Such great community spirit!

Fosters Coffee provides amazing service and even better coffee! You can tell their syrups are homemade & their coffees are made consistently delicious. I’m a huge fan of their mochas, pumpkin spice, and anything from the bakery. I haven’t found a place better. Eaton Rapids is incredibly lucky to have them.
