This location is truly outstanding! Victoria exemplifies all the qualities a manager desires in an employee: she’s kind, patient, engaging, and welcoming. Despite being the only one on shift with the cafe crowded, she maintained an impeccably clean space by constantly cleaning and taking out the trash.
While I love all the other locations, this one stands out because the bathroom was exceptionally clean—better maintained than the others. My sister and I often judge a place by its bathroom and door cleanliness, and this location excels in that regard. The baked goods and coffee are top-notch, and the service at every location maintains a high standard.

So I was super sad when I got to the register and they informed me they were having a problem with their espresso machine and only had cold brew but I gave it a try anyway. I got the medium iced cold brew with caramel syrup and vanilla cold foam and it was actually really GOOD! I will be coming back another time to try a latte.

Been to several different locations and all were delicious, extremely clean, friendly staff & great atmosphere. The coffee is the best (along with the fresh squeezed oj-my daily dose of vitamin c!) The french toast latte is my personal favorite but you can never go wrong with the cannoli latte, made with their own in-house cannoli cream-delicious! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Forum is a place I look forward to visiting every single morning after a long early walk with my pup. We both look forward to not only the delicious coffee, but the friendly staff. Everyone on staff is friendly, but to name a few; Emily, Victoria, Mary and Angie are rockstar baristas! They all go above and beyond making a stellar cup of coffee and genuinely try to get to know their customers. I would highly recommend forum coffee in Little Falls!

i tried forum coffee in their hoboken spot i was really happy that they got cashew milk since i’m lactose intolerant and that’s a good and creamy option for me and i ordered the same thing i got in hoboken- a cappuccino with cashew milk. in hoboken it was a decent size drink with a reasonable price. but this location… (photo) it was $7.5 and it did ask me if i wanna tip as a full time working student that hurt me lol but i didn’t know what size it was gonna be so… won’t be going there to study anytime soon again

Absolutely obsessed with this new coffee shop! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and stylish—perfect for getting some work done or catching up with friends. The coffee is top-tier—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable!
We got the iced chai latte, iced oat milk latte with maple syrup and the nitro cold brew! They’ve also got a great selection of pastries and love that they have mountain valley spring water plus the space is clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of heart went into this place. Definitely my new go-to. Highly recommend!

I asked upfront if the baked items has cinnamon. She said no. So I ordered it and boomed. Crumb cake had lot of cinnamon. They did not care to replace/refund. We ordered coffee in glass cup and they also gave in paper cup. First n this will be last time here.

Happy to have another coffee place in the area! I appreciated that they made my matcha latte with a bamboo whisk so it didn’t clump. The atmosphere is beautiful and I love that they offer homemade oat and pistachio milks.
I felt bad for the one barista who was dealing with a long line of customers on Monday afternoon but she handled it with grace and professionalism.
The place is a bit pricy (small cannoli latte w pistachio milk was $10+) but I guess that’s what specialty coffee costs nowadays? I wish their entire menu with prices was visible somewhere in the store so I know what to expect before ordering.
Overall it was a lovely experience and I look forward to trying the rest of their many options!
