If you’re ready to have a WRONG ORDER WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS or compensation please by all means waste your time and come here.
First off, when I ordered my food, I explicitly told the cashier I am highly allergic to PORK so to please remove it as the dinners came with a standard pork fried rice side. She agreed. Then I asked for an egg foo young no vegetables. I HEARD “we can’t do that you have to pick one” so I said okay vegetable FRIED YOUNG THEN. SHE THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME or so I heard “we can put the vegetables on the side with the brown sauce.” I said okay that’s fine. THINKING I was receiving an egg foo young with the vegetables on the side. Did this happen? NO.
Long story short, they messed up the order and only gave me vegetables. HAD PORK IN MY RICE. And gave me a lot of mouth about miscommunication and NO COMPENSATION. Until finally I was refunded the vegetables (the thing I didn’t order) and received a friend rice on the side due to the mistake….COOL RIGHT? No. Now I had to worry about the RICE. WHY? ONE OF THE COOKS came from the back showing the cashier a video on her phone and the cashier proceeded to look at ME and grin BEFORE THE RICE CAME OUT. So what did I do? SENT THAT RICE TO THE TRASH bc idk what these people did to it.
Overall the experience wasn’t pleasant. And MULTIPLE PEOPLE orders WERE MESSED UP in the 20 minute SPAN I was there. Another dude said he ordered shrimp fried rice and they gave him PORK and he said PORK MESSES up his digestive system. And he was presented with the same nonchalant attitude. This restaurant is messing up constantly and showing a lackluster attitude when it comes to fixing corrections and expressing concern over dietary restrictions and care. It was unfortunate bc the food looked somewhat tasty but the lack of concern for anything WAS CONCERNING. So if you want to RISK your health, have to argue about getting a refund, be mocked, have ANXIETY about a wrong order then this is the place for you. But if you want a pleasant experience please take your money elsewhere.

I ordered the hot and spicy wings and the spare ribs with 2 orders of lo mein and it was absolutely delicious and the service was so fast and the attendant in the front was so kind and sweet!!!! Im definitely coming here again to try more dishes!!!! ☺️

Food barely had flavors, Rice is very bland. DO NOT ORDER THE PEPPER STEAK, They filled up the plate with Mostly BIG Pieces of Peppers and Onions, They barely put any STEAK and it seems purposely done so they can save money and false advertising, the plate was filled with big pieces of green Peppers and Onions, The steak was Slimy and Chewy and they give you the smallest possible amount lol Do yourself a favor and choose another Chinese food

DIRTY DINING: I ordered from uber eats last night actually ate from this quart of rice. I went to heat up and eat more and when I dumped the carton of rice into the place A ROACH was at the bottom of the carton in the rice.

I ordered general TSO shrimp and it was heavily breaded as seen in the photo. I call the store to ask for my ordered to be fixed and the manager refused. He only offered to give me $3 off on my next order. This restaurant used to provided great customer service under their previous management. The current manager could care less about my complaint and it shows with his responses. I do not recommend going to this restaurant, there are so many other Chinese restaurants options that value their customers.

I ordered house special fried rice because I have been feening for some NY pork fried rice. I usually get egg rolls from this place ( nothing else) since they’re fire and thought maybe this place would have good pork fried rice. This placed used pieces of ham in place of char shi. If NY style pork fried rice is important to u, this place is not a good choice. The egg rolls are fire tho
