Good food decent prices and fast service. Atmosphere and eating experience is no frills. Food for dine in is served on paper or Styrofoam and you are provided plastic utensils. Throwback to the covid era. Fine for take out.

It was okay the flavor was bland or at least my plate. I had chicken teriyaki was filling but it was ok. I had a phone order it took 15 minutes to get there then another 15 minutes to get my order. The combination rice was pretty good though and the crab ragoons were good. I gave it a 3 of 5 because of portion size mostly. Each plate of the 5 were not that big

Food is pretty decent. It’s just your average americanized Chinese restaurant selection: sweet and sour chicken, crab rangoon, fortune cookies, and the likes, but it’s done really well. I personally recommend the orange chicken and fried rice. As for the atmosphere, pretty mediocre. Buddha statues, plastic waving cats, glass dividers between tables, etc.. Service not too great. Definitely a really neat joint for your next family outing, but there are for sure other options in the area to consider.

I love Fortune Palace been coming to this place for years. I’ve never tried anything that I’ve been displeased with. Only thing I can recommend for anyone if you are doing Togo order on breaded chicken to get sauce on the side to keep chicken from getting soggy!

Best peanut butter chicken in town! Wonderfull crispy fried white meat chicken without excessive breading. Good fried rice and eggrolls/crab rangoon too. They also have the good sweet and sour sauce that seems to be going away at all other Chinese restaurants in town. The staff are great at this restaurant and care about customer feedback.

Ordered through grub hub. Ordered egg rolls but got spring rolls. Mongolian beef and pork fried rice literally had no flavor and they only gave me 2 packs of soy sauce… that didn’t even help.

Breaded chicken was soggy and disappointing fried rice only seemed like oily rice. I do not recommend going here, there are so many better options. Very dissatisfied 🙁

I have to say this is really a gem to find.. I happened to look this up on google and found this place for lunch .. the Lady that took my order was very nice and she’s very helpful… I liked her smile.. the food is really awesome and very fast. I wish they had the Fortune Palace in Norfolk Nebraska. maybe she can give us tips … I totally recommend this place to anybody that is in Lincoln for lunch or supper I’d go here people..

Very nice people and restaurant. The chow mein is actually noodles so you have to specify that you want rice. We ordered our food at the counter, sit down, and were eating within 5-10 min. Will definitely come here again!
