First of all got 3 orders of fried wings supposed to be 6 but they just broke 3 pieces of chicken in half pitiful. Don’t know what they have on their menu online says ginger & garlic chicken, then when I called oh we don’t sell that, ok that’s fine & had my mouth set on the chicken it’s all burnt & hard & lo mein black like charcoal & taste like rubber! No type of flavor on the fried rice or anything just blah. If I could leave zero stars I would, just pitiful! Won’t get my service ever again!!

Typical family run chinese restaturant. Food is what you’d expect from this type of place. My expectations were met.

If you walk into a chinese restaurant and aunty isnt yelling at the kids or theyre quietly doing homework on the side….did you really go to a true chinese restaurant? All good chinese places have 3 to 3.5 stars. Any higher than that and they arent real.

Price was good. No complaints.

While eating my dinner I discovered a bug in my rice. It has legs so it’s clearly a bug. I reached out to the restaurant and was told they do not have bugs. I will never do eat here again!

I don’t understand the negativity, we’ve been getting it for close to 10 years and it is always good. You get a lot of food for the money, it’s always flavorful, fresh, and never had an incorrect order. I really have no complaints at all.

I’ve been getting food from Fortune House for 20 years, somebody must’ve died and their profit-minded child took over. Food has been inconsistent, and portion sizes have decreased while prices have gone WAY up. I just got a DoorDash order and the amount of food received is a joke (having ordered the same things hundreds of times, I know what to expect). I’ve noticed the food change in the past year or two, have gotten bad orders – but they were still reasonably priced. It’s become asinine, and the large Lo Mein order I just got is less than half of what it used to be – for 12 dollars. Lost a loyal customer today – I can understand price increases, but less food too? For shame.

This use to be our favorite Chinese Restaurant until tonight. We ordered 5 combo meals to go. One of the meals was sweet and sour shrimp. They forgot to put the sauce in the bags. Got home after 15 minute drive and realized the sweet and sour sauce was not in the bag. Called and was told I could come get it. I asked for a credit instead since going there to get it and back home would leave my food cold and everyone else finished eating another 20-30 min. I was told they wouldn’t credit me. Asked for a manager and he proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t give a Credit they were too busy, and that only half of my order was not in the bag. He compared it to getting chicken nuggets and the sauce was forgotten. No, sorry this is quite different, I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and didn’t get the sweet and sour shrimp just fried shrimp. He did not care at all. Very cold attitude. Not very good customer service. We used to be regulars but will not be going back since they obviously do not value their customers.

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star ! I ordered the bourbon chicken & fried rice with the boneless bbq ribs . Everything was overcooked and looked like it was reheated from the night before . The eggrolls were soaked with grease ! This has got to be the nastiest Chinese place I have ever tried ! Never again ! Yuck

I had my food doordashed, by the time I got through half of my food I realized something floating around in the VERY thin Sauce, there was a MAGGOT floating in my beef and broccoli. (i did verify this) this is absolutely disgusting. will never be eating here again
