Fortune (Hongkong) Seafood Restaurant exceeded expectations! The shrimps with cashew nuts were perfectly seasoned, the beef with broccoli tender and flavorful, and the cold cut platter rich and satisfying. The almond lychee drink was a refreshing finish. Truly exceptional dining! Menu is as of September 2025.

I’ve been here with my family and/or friends several times since they opened a few years ago whether to dine in for lunch or dinner and even take away. I often attended some special occasions here whether for birthday or wedding events on the second floor. I almost memorized their foods as they taste good though for Chinese dishes. So far I can say they are one of the best Chinese restaurants in Tarlac City.

Classy place for business, family, or casual lunch/dinner. They usually serve the foods within 15-20 minutes after ordering which is quite fast compared to other restaurants. The price is just right given the quality of the dishes that they serve. You can also order alcoholic beverages. I just don’t prefer the spring rolls maybe because I’m used to the typical Filipino Shanghai. But over all, they serve quality and authentic Chinese cuisines. The restroom is clean and the parking lot is spacious. Waiters do the refill for the drinks every now and then.

You are lucky I’m not reporting you to BIR. I notice that you only respond to good reviews, you must focus more one the bad ones and acknowledge and try to resolve the issues and complaints. After all honest reviews help you identify your weaknesses and area for improvement. As entrepreneur, I support businesses and doing review to help you see the blind spots. Hope to dine next time and see improvements. And please issue OR it is a must. You don’t need to ask the customer for it is a law.
