We had good experience in fortune restaurants, mc arthur and sm. With fortune filam hiway we ordered 3x for pikup it was also good. However our last pikup order was disturbingly bad. The thai rice had shrimps which were not fresh, the same in the Hor Fan plus cabbage which should not be there. No fresh shrmps but old matchy one. The sezchuan chicken was sweet instead of the light spicy flavor. We run ourself 4 restaurants and know things can happened, so we phoned to let the management know, for their future improvment. However the manager did not talk to us. A waitress told us that we may have kept the food too long after pikup which is redicouless as we eat it directly about 10min after pikup and it was still hot. Her english was not good but she tried to put some blame for the food on us and told the manager would call us. Than nothing. We just wanted to help them to sell fresh and tasty food. They lost us as customer.

Our first experience here was great. 5 star indeed for this restaurant. It’s so clean, atmosphere is great. Waiter/staff are attentive and friendly. The manager took our order and hes very accommodating. I do hope they stay that way. And most of all the food is delicious. It would be great to celebrate special occasion here.

We were hungry and looking for a chinese restaurant and saw this newly opened Fortune restaurant in friendship Pampanga. We went in to try and liked the ambience. We weren’t expecting much but the food was really delicious. Tastes like authentic dishes and the seafood were all so fresh. My family also really loved it and went home with full and happy stomach. Glad we stumbled upon this restaurant and will definitely come back

Cons:
Last time we visited there, there was not much parking space and I had to park behind the resto — which was okay for me.
But there, I can smell the air from the kitchen and I can see the dirty mops and rags (probably used in the kitchen or bathroom), and it made me think, “if the outside is dirty, how about the inside”
I don’t know, but I am giving this 4⭐ for the benefit of the doubt.
Tips for diners:
If visiting during meal hours (typical dinner or lunch hours), get there an hour early. The parking space gets filled up.
Or book in advance.

If you like Chinese cuisine, this restaurant is for you… though it is not so authentic Chinese food, but you can still taste and feel the Chinese style or type of food you are looking for.

It’s ok for Chinese food but not comparable with say Hong Kong or Guangzhou. We rejected two dim sum dishes – chicken feet sour taste and vegetable dumpling stale taste. They took both dishes off the bill without complaint. Went back in and the food and service was much better. The broccolli with garlic, suimai and har gok (fried prawn dumpling) much better than before.
