The food is very good and I’ve always had good service the last 10 yrs I’ve lived nearby. But the last 2 times I ordered I told the gentleman answering the phone I only had a $100 bill and to make sure the driver had change. The 1st time the driver came and didn’t have change but he had JUST ENOUGH change that left him with a 70% tip. Not wanting to cause a big issue I gave it to him. Fast forward to last week,same situation and he assured me driver would have change. Driver arrived and what a surprise,he didn’t have enough change but had JUST ENOUGH to give himself a 70% tip. AGAIN I paid for the order but this time I called the restaurant and informed the gentleman answering the phone of the situation,he apologized and promised to “give me free food” next time I ordered. I called in today 6/10/23. And placed an order,when I inquired about the promised discount I was offered a free drink.this wasn’t acceptable to me so I asked to talk to the gentleman who made the promise. When he got in the phone he I formed me it wasn’t a good time and he would honor his commitment “next time”

Worst “Chinese food” I’ve ever had. Soggy sweet and sour pork (the sauce is supposed to go separate, not dumped on the breaded/fried pork). The cashew chicken literally smelled like a soiled diaper. When we tried to get a refund from them and Postmates, neither of them would cooperate so we had to issue a chargeback.

This place got some of the best chinese food I’ve ever eaten. They have such nice staff and the food arrived on time! They didn’t even call me a soy sauce drinker! They even offered to pay for me medical bills that I received after nearly suffocating myself on the amazing food! All in all, one of, if not the best chinese resturant in St. Louis!!!

This was the absolute WORST food delivery experience I have ever had! I won’t ever order food from here again. Everything was spilled inside the bag, one of the containers look like somebody sat on it. We spent 5 minutes just wiping everything off so we could get it out of the bag. Most of the food in each container was slid to the end, and the mushroom beef combination plate I ordered had 4 mushrooms in the entire dish. One of the food containers had a big puncture hole in the middle of it!!
