Fortunatos Italian Pizzeria, has been in business since 2006 and we are the original owners! That said we are proud to offer authentic Italian comfort food. We are located at 7700 Starkey Rd. in Seminole FL. Our food is fresh. Our freezer is small. We do not use bag lettuce. We make our own bread, dough, eggplant, lasagna, meatballs, marinara sauce, pizza sauce, fried mozzarella sticks. We also do chicken francese, chicken, marsala and vodka sauce, too perfection. Our sausage comes from Chicago or shrimp are huge. You just can’t go wrong with anything you order. The soups are all homemade, Beef Barley, Chicken Italiano, and pasta fajoli. We recently replaced all of our booth tables and chairs and are excited for the new look in dining room

Amazing service, the food was incredible. The garlic knots are absolutely delicious 1010! The Alfredo sauce was so good, it’s made to order and you can tell. All the food was very fresh you can tell nothing was reheated. Great Italian food, highly recommend!

Ordered from here for my grandma’s 105th Birthday. The food was a huge hit and absolutely phenomenal. This is the second time we’ve eaten here this week. The garlic knots are amazing and I haven’t had a pasta or a pizza that I don’t like yet. 10/10 highly recommend.

Really Good food, great pizzas, wonderful garlic knots. We had a party of 8 good service. Our server Stacy was able to keep up with us all of our drinks and refills. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Very good, my sister had fettuccine. Alfredo with chicken, which was also quite yummy. My brother-in-law and the kids ordered a large meat lovers, which was great. Mom and Bill had the stuffed shells, which is not on the main Menu. Please see all the good photos.

We arrived midday and were greeted by a very friendly staff. we were delightfully, surprised by a lunch menu with lots of specials. so good to find an authentic Italian restaurant with fresh food – a definite change of pace from the typical chain restaurant scene. The picture of the meatball sub in my post is half of the sub. My wife and I were sharing a sub and a Greek salad, which we together could not finish because it was so large.

Ordered Eggplant Parmesan. It came with a salad and “garlic knots”. The salad was iceberg lettuce one quarter sliced of tomato, cucumber and an Italian dressing. The “knots” were almost raw dough swimming in garlic oil with Parmesan. When the entree arrived I realized I wasn’t in Italy anymore. There was no Parmesan, the eggplant was way over cooked and the sauce from Sysco. Worst meal I had had the in a long time. Couldn’t even eat it.

Overall good experience in a neighborhood pizza spot. Everything is big here except the side Caesar salad. LOL. Leave it up to me to get that.
But the deep dish pizza was cooked almost perfectly, just a tad soft dough on the inside slices. Calamari was good – tentacles included!
The only odd thing was hearing the staff conversation with some regulars telling them about staff members walking off the job. LOL

We live nearby so we order from here at least once a month. The pizza and pasta dishes are always delicious and our go to. The chicken wings, Greek salad, subs are also very good. If you like dill the potato salad is something I would definitely recommend. Tried the California wrap (chicken, bacon, ranch wrap) for the first time and it was definitely lackluster. The chicken tasted like precooked Tyson chicken strips and the bacon tasted and looked like bagged bacon bits you’d get at the grocery store. Would not recommend the wrap unless you don’t mind those 2 things. Overall a great restaurant especially if you stick to what they are known for.

My family and I have been coming here for years! Always have great service, and the food is always delicious. We haven’t been in a while and it was nice to see the new upgrades they did inside! Love their garlic knots, pizza, Alfredo cheese tortellini, penne Ala vodka..Just to name a few!

Can you say delicious!?!?! I have had many different dishes over the years. They have all been so good. It’s always hard to make a decision but you know whatever you choose will be worth it. I am taking half my food home. Other dishes I love is their Greek salad and (sorry people that do not like Pineapple on pizza their) Hawaiian pizza. Today’s meal pictured is the special with stuffed shells and Chicken Italiano soup.

Went again last Tuesday night and had their Greek Salad. I ended up with lunch for the next day.
I was pretty hungry so my photo of the salad is missing a bite or two. There were bets from those with me if I would finish. Little did they know, I already knew the amount of food and was prepared to take at least half home.

As a transplanted New Yorker who has had NY pizza for decades, I’m striving to find the best pizza in Florida…
I ordered the meat pizza, for some Sunday football and I liked the pie…
It was filled with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, I think…
It was good… certainly not the best I’ve had, but far from bad…
It was just above average, but hey, it’s pizza, and I liked it…
I guess if the location is close for you, or you’re real hungry, this’ll satisfy your cravings…
But, if you want something better, you’ll have to go a bit further and search more places to try…
