This establishment is a quaint, local business. Barely anyone eating for breakfast. The restaurant is managed by one person, yet he makes the food fairly quick. The food is amazing, huge portions. I absolutely recommend the corned beef and eggs, it just comes with so much. The pancake combo is also a decent pick. Prices range from ~$14 to $20.

First, it’s hard to write this review because the two people work and they were very nice that being said the food is way overpriced for what the quality is. The country potatoes are just boiled potatoes and then sliced up no seasoning at all no onions no bell peppers just potatoes. The corned beef hash is not the corned beef hash that you would be used to. It’s brown and I guess it’s been grilled and I don’t know why that is but that’s not corned beef, hash and eggs well eggs or eggs right but with a tip for two people Two breakfasts one cup of coffee was 50 bucks

This restaurant is locally and family owned. They always treat us as family and we enjoy going there everytime. Their stuffed French Toast is my absolute favorite and it has won awards. If you’re looking for a great local place to go with amazing food then this is the spot!! They NEVER disappoint!!!

The location looks new and the staff were fantastic and friendly. After I ordered I was worried that my portion would be too big because some of the other portions were massive! Mine was just right and the food was excellent. I highly recommend

Hands down!! The best Chilaquiles I’ve ever had. Homemade chili sauce bursting with flavor and all fresh ingredients. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Looks like I found a new favorite spot.

Fortis Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful meals with a personal touch. It is owned and operated by the Fortis Family. I love the crunchy french toaste. It is a Reno must try.

First time in. Very happy with the food and prices. Small, seats about 34. Nice menu. Very polite and a nice clientele. Seems like a lot of take out Business. We’ll be back to try breakfast!

Unfortunately, Fortis looks to have dropped in quality of the food and in the condiment quality. The catchup bottles look like they have been squeezed too many times and are ready to crack. The hot sauce is from a brand that I have never seen before. The jams were all grape. I tried to order Chile Relleno but they were out, then they were out of my next pick, so I ordered a Pastor Omelet. The meat was the only item inside the omelet and looked disgusting. The waiter was someone new and was very pleasant. My guess is the restaurant has changed hands and he is the new owner. It used to be a nice little family run restaurant. It was Very Good but not Great. Now it simply is Not Very Good.

The food was decent, definitely overpriced! The service was horrible, the waitress did not refill drinks, walked by 8 different times and still no refill after being asked. They were not busy at all! It wasn’t worth the stop, sad to say, because the food was decent.
