Fort Meade Nutrition is the best! Their teas are amazing — my absolute favorites are Pretty in Pink and Dragon Fruit! They’re refreshing, full of flavor, and always made with care. The atmosphere is peaceful the moment you walk in — Christian music playing, friendly smiles, and just an all-around positive vibe. It’s my go-to spot when I need a little boost for my day! ☀️

Super cute spot! We aren’t from the area, but stopped in on our way back from an event and I am glad we did. We got a mangonada and the cucumber lime lemonade and both were absolutely delicious. There were two ladies working who were super sweet and very helpful with my questions on ingredients. We will definitely be stopping by again when we pass through Fort Meade. They had protein waffles and donuts that I regret not getting as they looked so good, and added bonus, they were gluten free.
