Frank’s Fort Diablo is a part of a Ranch-to-table operation, with each location featuring Echo Mountain Ranch beef as well as beef sourced from other Wyoming ranchers meeting our quality standards. This ensures the cattle are at the desired weights and optimum age to increase their marbling and flavor, making spectacular steak! Frank’s Butcher Shop in Hudson, Wyoming processes all of our beef. We went there for the first time, and we all loved it! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Janel was a great waitress! It’s definitely worth the drive from Casper! Way better pricing too! They don’t charge for ranch unlike some places here, and their drinks are cheaper too!

Sat and waited forever to even get drink. Then asked waiter if we were ever going to get to order food. He said we are backed up and started to walk away. I ask if we could at least get a drink. Then we waited longer and some other people came in and were immediately waiter on. Ask another person why people that just walked in are being taken care of so quickly. The person said let me get an order pad. Took our order and still waiting for salads the other table recieved theirs promptly. After another long wait another gentleman came over and said they were short staffed. Mind you we have interacted with 2 other people. (6-7) staff just walking around doing nothing. Some lady came out and brought us bread and said i brought this to you so you don’t starve to death!! (Rude) Finally got our salads and didn’t bring correct dressing. Now that salads have arrived 2-3 wait staff have came to see how things are. Wanted ribeye bone in and they didn’t have. Still waiting for our steaks. Steaks were good! Potato was ice cold. Last time we ate here it was great! This time not so much. Not to sure we will be back again.

Oh good Lord what could I say about this place? It’s all good. Everything on the menu is delicious. They are reasonably priced and they are some of the nicest people in there. I want to give a shout out to cash and particular he is awesome. He comes by the table. Looks around to see if you’re gonna tell him you need something and if he notices it, he offers it and brings it right away. He is an excellent waiter.
He makes you feel welcome like you’ve known him for years. We will be in all the time from now on and will bring our family too. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us while we’re dining with you.

Went here for the first time, since they now have Sunday hours. Didn’t seem. To packed inside with diners, but the service to get food was a little slow in my opinion. I then noticed they had a TON of ‘to go’ orders coming from the kitchen, so that told me the food was going to be good! Our food was awesome. Super great burgers, fresh and good portions. Our waitress was very polite and nice. The price was more than affordable, only about $45 for 2 with some beers. I would absolutely come here again. We enjoyed watching football while eating also. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend.
