I love this place! I had a matcha latte and it was amazing, and the people there are so sweet. They have free wifi and cute interior and exterior seating. Definitely recommend!

I was so excited to finally visit Forrest Coffee House after months of seeing their delicious-looking lattes all over social media. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.
I asked about the specials and ordered the blueberry latte. It was prepared quickly, which I appreciated, but the flavor was really lacking. I couldn’t taste any blueberry at all, and the latte itself tasted watered down and pretty flavorless.
The pastries also didn’t seem very fresh, which added to the disappointment. I really wanted to love this place, but today’s visit was a bit underwhelming. Not sure if I’ll be back.

The coffee is amazing, especially the Iced Mocha, highly recommend that, not only do they have coffee, but also pastries, every item on the menu is a treat.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, happy with their jobs which is nice and are genuinely passionate about what they do.
Cozy, inviting, and stylish with just the right mix of modern comfort. It’s a great place to relax, study, or catch up with friends.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since they opened and it did not disappoint! My only regret is not being able to stay longer.
The atmosphere is just lovely- charming, cozy, clean, & chic. It is a great setting for all types- families, friends, work, etc; do some work on your laptop, meet with your Bible study group, or just bring your family to hang. The shaded well-maintained outside area is pretty large and good for kids to run around with a yard-sized Connect Four game and a good seating selection. There were plenty of places to sit when I went there around 11:15 on a Wednesday morning, and the baristas and staff members were very friendly. I ordered an oatmilk cappuccino, which was delicious, and two tacos: egg, bean, & cheese, and egg, potato, & cheese, both of which were decent, but I definitely favored the taco with beans. Although I live in Cedar park, it is definitely a place I will continue to visit, and love all of the local restaurants and shops in the LH area!

We love this place, we come at least once a week. The staff is always so incredibly friendly and always remembers my name. The coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! Anytime anyone asks for good coffee around I recommend this place. The outdoor area is our favorite, my kids run around for hours outside.

To the recent person who left the negative review, I get that it might not have been your thing, but a lot of other coffee shops can be very inconsistent with their drinks. I’ve been coming here for over a year, and the coffee has always been on point with consistent taste, temperature, and froth. Your review feels based on a few visits, and this place deserves better than that. If you want coffee that actually tastes and feels like it came from a real coffee shop, this is the place. Maybe give it another shot before writing it off.
