Absolutely outstanding food and service! We ordered the Thai shrimp, honey duck, and red curry filet mignon. The red curry was fragrant, smooth, and delicious. The sauce on the Thai shrimp was sweet but very flavorful. The honey sauce on the duck was smooth and not too sweet! Every meat and vegetable was cooked to perfection. Each dish is an intricate blend of flavor and culture, creating a memorable flavor and experience for you and your mouth. The service was great as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. Truly a wonderful experience all around! No wait for a table at all; it’s a shame because people should be lining up for how great everything is!

We held a function at Formosa recently and everything was perfect. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
I started with the steak and cheese spring roll special, which was delicious, then had the pork chop. We all enjoyed our meals and had a great time.
I would absolutely go back!

We order take out from Formosa probably twice a month. It’s always packaged nicely and the meal is HOT when you get it home to eat. Our go to is the house salad with ginger dressing, the caramelized salmon, and the caramelized pork chop. Seriously never disappoints!! The owner is so sweet and pleasant every time, and they are open on Sundays.

We visited the area on a Friday evening. Formosa offers a pleasant atmosphere with soft music. Service is attentive. Food presentation is tasteful. Portions are plentiful. The Chicken Pad Thai could feed a family. I had a grilled ahi tuna with curry sauce (special) which was excellent. On the critical side the place could use a face-lift, bathroom is clean-ish but tired and my chair was wobbly. In my opinion the food is pricey, but I’m just a visitor.

Easy in and out of the parking lot. The decor is gorgeous with a very modern look to a Chinese style complete with gold and blue dragons above the light fixtures.
The service was mediocre. It wasn’t bad but not particularly good. They were pleasant but lacked a personality.
I was surprised how many empty tables there were on a Friday at dinner time.
The food is reasonably priced. Appetizers were great! Spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp wonton soup, and the steak and cheese rolls (house special), all good though the soup was a bit saltier than I prefer, but not bad.
The entrees… the food was fresh. Garlic chicken lacked flavor and the only thing I could taste was salt. VERY salty and bland otherwise.
The pad Thai was very salty as well but competed with a sweetness that was almost too much and it lacked heat.
I don’t think the chef is coming with heart at this point.
I’m not saying the rest of the menu isn’t fantastic, but the entrees we tried were left wanting.
I hope we just got bad plates but I don’t think we’ll be heading back any time soon.

Everything they serve is amazing. My family came because we couldn’t find anything available anywhere else, and 2 minutes into our meal we decided this place will be a regular thing from now on. I had the the honey duck. Everyone raved about it.

the food was good but it wasn’t exactly authentic Asian cuisine. more like upscale Chinese takeout. Also, the portion was way too small for the price, left feeling half-starved for $40 bucks.

Not a soul in the place at 7pm Thursday night. Food was awful and cost almost $80 for 3 dinners, no drinks or appetizers. There won’t be a second time… I wonder how they stay in business.
