While it is still in the building or being remodeled stages, you can see the potential of what this place will maybe or could be. The food is good, however we just got some wings and the only COMPLAINT is the wings weren’t hot on the inside as the wings shouldve been steaming hot since we were the only ones there…maybe redunked- I think everyone knows what fried wings should be like. Otherwise, Dining room is just adjacent to hotel like indoor courtyard of sorts, and looks very clean. Here’s the problem. It is dead, looks drab from outside and there is no sound- no music, its library quiet and makes it very awkward. They definitely need to do something about the exterior, we almost just drove away because it looks run down. We wanted to give it a shot due to the online menu and pictures l. We will likely be back when its finished but like others have said, its nothing like the pictures and perhaps some advertising to get people in? Many like us dont usually eat at a place with an empty parking lot. It doesnt look like its going to make it as it has been open since around April- GIVE IT A TRY! Good Indian food options, good wings but the bar is definitely not open.

We came in for lunch today. They had a limited buffet and full menu. Everything was sooo delicious. I tried the Biriyani Chicken rice, Chole (chickpeas), and Pork, Butter Chicken, and a Mango Lassi to balance the spice. They plan to roll out the full buffet menu around December 10 and I can’t wait to come back!

Happy to have delicious Indian cuisine available here in the middle of Kansas. There were 10 different food choices tonight. Really enjoyed the chickpea dish. The braised pork chunks were my favorite. Several options with chicken. The naan is fresh and has a nice blend of herbs. Staff were friendly and checked my table regularly. The remodel is nice with comfortable booth benches and chairs. They offer “scan to pay” on the bill. Total was $20 with a tip and is a great value considering the variety and quality. I’m especially happy to have another culture’s food offered multiple days a week. Buffet currently on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Can order individual dishes from the menu other days.

The food was good—the wings were especially good! Both the Jamaican jerk & honey bbq were delicious! Butter chicken was flavorful but looked questionable at first—rather brown & more clumpy looking instead of red/orange & more creamy. The adult burger tasted good but looked very squished down on arrival—the bun was very flat and the fries had no seasoning. The service & snafus we endured is what really reduces the score of the restaurant. Our waitress was decent. When we ordered for our children—burgers & grilled cheese (offered by the waitress since they don’t have a kids menu). The cook (or someone?) came out & said they couldn’t make grilled cheese and they would do sliders for the kids instead of burger. We said the sliders were fine but why say something was available if it wasn’t. After the food came out, we had to order extra fries because the cook assumed we didn’t want any? Since the food came out in waves, it made us wonder if they were going to forget some of our other food. Overall—we’d visit again but only if we were staying at the hotel; simply out of convenience.

Amazing Indian buffet! Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The curries were authentic, the naan was soft, and the service was very friendly. Best Indian food in Salina!

I cannot recommend this place at all. The food and service where subpar at best. When we walked in, the place looked deserted. We finally found a delivery man who went in the kitchen to let them know we were here. My shrimp masala cost $20 and came with 1 Naan bread OR rice. The sauce was curdled and oil floated on top. Marc’s catfish was not appropriately cleaned. It was under cooked and tasted muddy. His dinner roll was hard as a rock. We asked for the check. It took 20 minutes. The only other people there was one other couple. Also, they were having television trouble. The set emitted a high pitched buzz the entire time we were there. The waitress, an older lady, continually apologized for everything. While 2 people who I assume were the cook/manager/owners, seemed unconcerned. When they came out to “help” both appeared more concerned with their cell phone screens than they did trouble shooting issues. The 1 thing I can give kudos for is the generous amount of shrimp in my masala and Marc’s fries didn’t tasted like fish.

Go check out Forks and Fingers. If Indian cusine is your kind of food, you won’t be disappointed. They have a buffet on Tuesday and Friday starting at 5 pm. They also have a full menu of other foods. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was very personable. Good job, Forks and Fingers!

My sister in law was served raw chicken, service was a disaster and despite being told we would receive a refund, we did not. The food was okay. The only person who seemed to care was the Indian man who was very attentive and thoughtful, however wasn’t helpful to his own staff. There was also no music and the vibes were odd. The girl and guy working kept messing up the meals we ordered and had us waiting for 30+ minutes at times. The Indian guy, as nice as he was to us, watched his crew struggle to get things whipped out correctly and on time because he was too busy wiping out cups and dishes. 0/10 do not recommend. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Janakis is far better in every way.

First time visiting and went with friends for the Indian buffet. Food was really good and the seating area was really nice and made for a great location to visit with friends. The chairs were more comfortable than most other restaurants in town too. It’s definitely worth checking them out of you haven’t eaten there before.
