Forked at Waterside offers a stylish yet welcoming dining experience right in the heart of Waterside. The atmosphere blends modern elegance with a warm, inviting feel, making it perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The menu is creative and full of fresh, high-quality ingredients, with each dish presented beautifully. I especially enjoyed the balance of flavors and the attention to detail in every plate. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall experience. Whether you’re stopping in for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Forked delivers on both taste and service. It’s a spot worth visiting if you appreciate thoughtful cuisine in a vibrant setting. Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!
On the downside, although the staff are very nice, they lack training big time… they don’t offer you sugar or cream with your coffee, not even syrup with your pancakes or your French toast… surprising for a place that’s popular for breakfast and brunch…

We went to Forked at Waterside on a Saturday around 2 PM. The place wasn’t too busy, which made for a nice, relaxed experience. Our server, Alex, was super friendly and took great care of us.
The food was really good! I had the Cinco de Mayo omelette, and my wife had the Voodoo Benny—kind of like Eggs Benedict with chorizo on toasted bread. Both came with hashbrowns, and I added a side of bacon. Everything tasted great, though the hashbrowns were a little overcooked.
The atmosphere was cozy and nicely decorated. Prices were fair too—we spent around $20 each, which felt totally worth it for the quality and service.
Overall, a great spot. We’ll definitely be back!

The last few times we’ve been here, the quality of food/service/presentation has severely declined.
We always get the Let’s Hash It Out (corned beef hash, eggs, etc.) but over the last visits, it came out differently every time. Sometimes overcooked, sometimes undercooked.
The second to last time we came here, there was a hair in our meal.
And the very last time, it was clear the server forgot our food (it took 45 minutes for simple breakfast meals to arrive). And during which, she didn’t come around at all to check on our waters or coffees. We went to the front to see what was going on with our food, and after which, our server’s attitude toward us changed (in a negative way).
When the food finally came out, we could clearly tell it was rushed. Parts of our meal came out over 15 minutes (we finished eating before the pancakes even arrived). And the corned beef breakfast was the worst it’s ever been. Wet and not cooked properly.
We were sitting outside with our well behaved dog and the server repeatedly called her “scary” while our puppy just sat there calmly.
Apparently, the cost of a full blown latte is the same as one espresso shot. ($6 for a single espresso shot? So my double shot latte was $12 total)
Very disappointed. Never coming back.

Amazing breakfast spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the pancakes and coffee. Definitely a great place to start your day — I’ll be coming back soon!

Forked At Waterside was a great place for my family to enjoy brunch together as we were in from out of town. Caitlyn was my server and if I could have her as my server every time I would! She was friendly and attentive to detail of our order. She made me a delicious cappuccino and our meals came out as exactly ordered in a timely manner.

We’ve been here twice. First experience was good other than the restaurant inside being extremely warm. We recently returned, sat down & was brought drinks right away. Our server then disappeared. She was continuously helping the table next to us, never even looking in our direction. We tried to be patient as they were busy. After 20 min, a table of 9 was sat down. We then watched them order. After 45 min of no service, we decided it was time to go. We love waterside & the atmosphere but will not be returning any time soon.

We came for breakfast on a Monday. It took over 5 min just to be acknowledged and then another 5 to be seated (there were 2 parties in front of us). Service took over 40 min. The biscuit was served after we had finished eating.

We stopped in for breakfast while out at the farmers market. We were told we had a 30 min wait, but we sat quicker than that.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations when asked. Many breakfast and lunch options made it hard to decide.
I went with different. I’ve never had breakfast tamales….or tamales ever…so I was intrigued by this Siesta Fiesta option. It was really unique and delicious.
The husband ordered the corned beef hash skillet, and he enjoyed it… and the leftovers more the next day.
My young adult son ordered the cow and hen…..he is a gym rat who consumes more calories in a day than I do week, and he could barely finish all the food he was given.
I have to say the prices are above average for breakfast…as we had one OJ (fresh squeezed and awesome) and 2 waters in addition…..and it came to $85. The plus is the quality of the food served and portion sizes made it worth it.
Cute and cozy atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

We loved every forkful! Arrived at around 11 AM on Sunday waited about 25 minutes, staff is super cool and fun to hang out with. Our server was absolutely amazing and when we found out she was an elementary school teacher as well we loved her even more. So patient, kind & genuinely took care of us. The food arrived quickly, it was hot and I can honestly say they were the best scrambled eggs I have had in 20 years!! The pancakes were light and fluffy & the fruit was fresh. The fresh squeezed orange juice is absolutely amazing and has no pulp at all. The farmers market was right outside our door after brunch so we scrolled around talking and each one of us enjoyed our meal so much and especially the service in which it was delivered. We will definitely be back. Thanks Forked

I was excited to try this new place out because I had heard good things about it. I’m a big breakfast person and love eating breakfast out and it’s located in a great location in Waterside. My mom and I were very disappointed, however. We arrived around 10:45a.m. on a Monday. It wasn’t too busy at all. We dined inside. It took an unusually long amount of time for anyone to even greet us and take our order once we were seated. Silverware seemed dirty, and the food wasn’t hot at all. Hash browns were undercooked, and the English muffins for my Salmon Benny were cold and chewy. The salmon benedict was tasty, but it would have been much better if it had been served hot! My mom ordered eggs with corned beef and hash browns. It was pretty bland tasting. Nothing exciting. Service was not attentive at all, unfortunately. They do offer a very interesting menu, so I might give it another shot once they’ve been open for a while and maybe get the kinks worked out.
