Great place to eat. The food was delicious. The deviled eggs (forgot photo) where so so good! My husband and I had a brisket sandwich and my daughter the mac n cheese with buffalo chicken
The mac n cheese was enough to feed 2, so big!!
The sandwich was large as well. If we ever come back to Tucson, I would come back here again!!

We discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant in Oro Valley. The service is fantastic! The food is top notch. The bartender knew what he was doing when making a cocktail. They have a great view, as well. The signs around the restaurant are very unique! Our waitress was very friendly and our food came out hot, ready to eat! This restaurant is definitely worth checking out!

Fork & Fire is hands-down one of the best dining spots in Tucson — from the incredible food to the friendly, attentive service. Meals start with complimentary Fork Rinds for the table and as someone who doesn’t normally eat them I was surprised at how GOOD they were! For appetizers, the Rib Pops were a creative standout — flash-fried in the house rub for a crispy exterior and fall-off-the-bone tenderness inside. We LOVED them! The Burnt Ends were melt-in-your-mouth good, rich with caramelized edges and savory perfection. And the Deviled Eggs were unique — different toppings than you would expect but creamy and tangy in all the right ways. We ordered the Combo Platter with Ribs and Brisket, and both were tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with that deep, smoky flavor true BBQ lovers crave. The unexpected hero of our meal was the house Coleslaw— It’s made fresh to order — crisp, cool, and tossed in a perfectly balanced dressing that complemented the smoked meats beautifully.

We couldn’t resist dessert, and the Smoked Bourbon Pecan Ice Cream was the perfect ending — creamy, smoky-sweet, and unlike anything we’ve ever tasted.

Our server, Eli, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home — truly top-notch service from start to finish. And you could tell the servers were all happy, having fun and want you to have a great experience. There’s plenty of parking, a beautiful, outdoor patio where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sunset over the Catalina Mountains, and even a private room that’s perfect for small gatherings or celebrations. Ingredients are locally sources and high quality. They also have monthly specials (this month was Octoberfest with Guinness Brats) that make you want to come back and try something new.

Whether you’re a local or just visiting Tucson, Fork & Fire is a must-visit for anyone who loves exceptional BBQ, warm hospitality, and a relaxed Arizona atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I got the full track of ribs. They were good, but I like fall off the bone ribs and I had to cut these before eating them. Service was friendly but a little slow. Food came out quickly.

Fork & Fire is lit.

Early evening saw us drop into one of Emily’s parents favorite places to eat. That’s Fork & Fire. They said they love the food and the bartenders are great. It was time for Emily and I to put that to the test. We walked in and their favorite bartender was working and promptly seated us.

First up were drinks. The first one I ordered just ran out so, instead of ordering something the bartender suggested, I picked out something that I thought sounded just as good. Turns out, it was just okay and then when it came time for a second round, I took the bartender up on her suggestion and profusely apologized for not listening to her first. It was much tastier and closer to what I was looking for.

When it came time to order food, we got the fried cheese curds as an appetizer (or were the beers the appetizer?) and the garlic Parmesan dipping sauce it came with was absolutely freaking amazing. The cheese curds were good but that dipping sauce knocked them out of the park. I’m still thinking about it a week later.

We all pretty much ordered the Fork & Fire Burger. Maybe it’s just a Fork & Fire thing but you can only order it in Rare, Medium, or Well Done. As a Medium Rare kind of person, this was a bit of a miss but when the burger came out, it pretty much was closer to Medium Rare than Medium and that made me happy. It did seem like everyone’s burger was some variation of MR to M. Dave was the only one to order something else and that was the Brisket French Dip.

It didn’t take long for the food to come out since it was pretty quiet in the restaurant at the time we were there. Once the food came out, we all dug in real quick and Emily and I found out even quicker why her parents love this place. The burger was really good and really messy. I got mine with a side of french fries and those french fries were the best thing ever. I don’t remember all the fine nuances of the burger due to the two beers on an empty stomach but I do remember enjoying every bite of it. Emily’s parents really do know all the best food places around Oro Valley.

The price is a bit high but the quality and taste are, in my opinion, the best I had in Arizona on this trip.

Stick a fork in me, I’m stuffed.

Good place for BBQ on the north side! It’s a little on the pricey side for what you get, especially when some of the other spots closer to town come so cheap. But the portion sizes are generous, the mac and cheese is very good, lots of appetizers and side choices – a large menu to choose from! Service is quick and casual. We enjoyed our stop but definitely wouldn’t pick to come for a fast weeknight bite in the future only bc it was $80 for an appetizer, two entrees, waters, and a fair tip. (I get it, good meat is expensive! Just factor that in when making your plans )

This is a delicious place to grab some food. The service is outstanding! My family and I were traveling and passing through and the place was absolutely packed. However, it was a little chilly rainy throughout the day and so the patio was wide open. But it was still doable. We requested to be sat outside in an effort to get our food sooner and not have to wait for a table to clear.

Staff jumped in right away and grabbed us some heaters and lit the heaters just for us so we could be warm out on the patio. Kids played games that they have out on the patio.

The french fries are super delicious! the mac & cheese is to die for! The ribs had an amazing, sweet delicious bark that is hard to beat.

Great restaurant and service! Wishing these guys much success! Had a chance to briefly speak with one of the owners and it is great to see how far they have come over the course of the years. Apparently they used to be operating just out of a food truck. Now they have two locations.

I’ve been to Fork and Fire many times over the last few years. I kept coming back in the hopes that I had one-off iffy meals. However, the BBQ has consistently left something to desire. This restaurant isn’t bad – the service is always friendly and the appetizers are delicious. There’s a great patio and a good beer selection. But every time I order brisket or pork it is far too dry, burnt, and flavorless. For the price, it should be much better. For all of the good, it’s a shame that the barbecue place doesn’t have good barbecued meats.

OMG, this place is amazing. The fact they serve Dickman’s Ugly Steak, best steaks in Tucson, is only the start. The service was incredible, one of the owners came to our table to see how our experience was. This kind of place is the rarest of gems these days. Our first experience but there will be many more to come!
