The food is just amazing, everything was very tasty, everything we ordered was just great. Tuna tartare is very tasty, it’s the first time I’ve seen it served with strawberries, but it was very tasty. The mussels in the wine sauce are great, the sauce is incredibly tasty, the mussels are soft and just melt in your mouth. The burger is also beyond all praise: a very tasty bun, the meat is juicy and they made me exactly the roast I wanted. And of course, the creme brúlee dessert is probably the most delicious I’ve ever eaten anywhere!
Cocktails also deserve special attention, everything we ordered was amazingly delicious! Very balanced taste.
Staff: everyone is friendly, polite, attentive! Just handsome!
I definitely recommend this place!

Great place for delicious food and an incredible variety of drinks! Josh and Amelia(?) were top notch and very pleasant. Atmosphere is very “turn of 20th century” but with great ventilation and not too loud of music. Trufflized Fries were sooo good! Garlic aoli on the side was perfect. Too many incredible drinks to even mention, probably 10-15 for each major spirit out there and made very well! A solute must visit if you’re in St. Augustine

We used the online reservation system and were immediately seated. The drink menu was quite imaginative and they had excellent homemade sodas! They were decorated for Halloween and the atmosphere was ideal. Our server was very attentive, delivered our food as ordered, and wasn’t pushy at all.
I ordered the pork chop, we split a large salad, and my wife got the Penne a la Vodka. My pork chop was perfectly cooked and didn’t seem to be ruined by the always-common wet brine that so many restaurants employ. It had a wonderful homemade BBQ sauce and I subbed the Brussels with gochujang sauce– which were fried nicely with the sauce being a perfect complement. The salad was very fresh, nicely dressed, and used a very good quality cheese. Lastly, my wife’s pasta was generously sauced and she was extremely happy with this vegetarian option. Certainly not phoned in like some places. It had a softito base with vegetable broth and then was finished with cream, high end cheese, and vodka.
We were only in town for two nights and I scoured the city to find the right place for our second night. Forgotten Tonic didn’t disappoint.

What a lovely experience and truly satisfying dining experience. The decorations for Christmas were spectacular and truly the most festive restaurant I’ve experienced in St. Augustine. The salad with Gorgonzola cheese was perfectly balanced and crisp with freshness. The fish sandwich blackened with aioli and patatas bravas as a side was a savory and satisfying dish. Be sure to start off with a nice or naughty shot depending on your personal preferences. Lovely experience and extremely satisfying dinner.

Four of us had a wonderful dinner at Forgotten Tonic, a small restaurant that this boomer would say had a “hip” vibe. The cocktail theme stands out in the decor and the 27-page leather-bound menu (mostly cocktails), which even has a table of contents! I had a happy hour Old Fashioned cocktail that, unlike most happy hour drinks at restaurants, got me slightly lit. I ate the smoked fish dip appetizer, the catch of the day, and finished with chocolate mouse. The fish was fresh, local mahi-mahi with a sweet chili beurre blanc sauce, served with kimchi fried rice. Absolutely delicious! My wife enjoyed the risotto, grilled Brussels sprouts, and the brown cake for dessert.

So glad we took the advice of another review. Made a reservation weeks in advance for the one night we visited St Augustine at 430pm on a Tuesday. When we arrived, it was already packed! The night was a memorable experience, made extra fun by the miracle popup. Light up knit hats waited at our table, a gift for all reserved diners. Loved the unique drinks and cute themed serving ware. The food was tasty and Tara’s service above par. The thematic decor created a great back drop. Highly recommend!!

Cute restaurant! Nice place to sit outside and decorated nicely for Christmas. Bruschetta was nicely presented and tasty! Comes on 2 crunchy on the outside, but toasty on the inside loaves instead of sliced crustini. Pickled platter was good, but bread or crackers should be included not upcharged. Sangria and beer was good. Only can beer, but served with cold glass. Tap water was served without ice. Was not cold.

We were here during Nights of Lights, and they were definitely decorated for the season. Our service was 100% on! Ethan was a young guy ready to serve with a smile. We had meatloaf (sooo good), shrimp and grits (husband says 5 stars), and meatballs. The warm bread was amazing. Drinks were served in festive mugs, and we were given Christmas hats that light up. We’ve decided this is a stop we want to bring all of our guests to experience. Definitely make this a priority!

Appetizers, drinks, and lunch. Loved the atmosphere and decor for their Christmas pop-up. Specialty drinks were 20.00 and up. Enjoyed the Baked Brie appetizer, served with fresh fruit. Well-balanced and tasty. Our server recommended the FT Burger, hands down one of the best burgers I have had. Pasta dishes were ok. Service was great, our server was knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely return. A hidden gem on Aviles Street.

Loved the customer service from our waitress, Amelia! She was phenomenal! We had the meatballs and fish dip for appetizers, and the mussels and shrimp & grits for our entree. The food was great!! We totally forgot got to take pics of it! My husband has three glasses of Chardonnay, which he loved. I had a mocktail (Widow Maker) but it was too sweet so I couldn’t drink it. It was taken off the bill, no problem. Great selection of drinks, though, and Amelia treated us to the creme brûlée which was absolutely divine!!! 10/10 highly recommend
