It was a bit difficult to find using Google maps. I think its because it’s trying to take you to the alley. Their entrance is on the main street. The ice cream was good, nothing amazing…lol I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. We had the blueberry cheesecake and the raspberry almond cake. The blueberries were frozen and kinda freezer burned because of water in them. You could taste the cheesecake which was nice. The raspberry almond cake was ok, the almond cake didn’t really stand out. The staff were nice and helpful. They do limit you to 2 samples. They also charge a fee for using a credit card, which is okay, but would be nice if they mention that. It looks as though they also charge tax on the credit card fee, which I believe is not okay. Definitely a unique ice cream shop, they also make pizza which is a bit odd. There is limited parking on the street and some lots within walking distance.

OMG. Sensational, creamy, dreamy, icecream. I was in Paducah for all of 2.5 hours and I found Ice-Cream Heaven. The Sea salt Caramel icecream had me walking on cloud 9. I got to taste a Strawberry Milkshake, a Choc Mint Milkshake and the angels sang. I also got to taste the Caramel Apple ice-cream which was a contender with the sea salt Caramel. The service was warm and welcoming with a friendly smile. Oh, and the choc chip cookies – YUMMO!!! – Matt from The Whitsundays

I had not been here for about 15 years. I loved the old Ice Cream Factory vibe. Today I learned that owner retired and though an ice cream shop is still here, it’s under a new name and owner. She is very kind and hospitable!!! There is now a candy selection here, along with pizza. Fewer choices of ice cream, but it was delicious!!! The vibe is not the same. Seems kind of dreary inside. They need more color and a splash of old country charm. A must stop, if you love super creamy and flavorful ice cream!

The place was cute to perfection with the best staff. I believe I got to speak with the owner. This place has every charm an ice cream shop should have. The ice creams are very unique in flavor. All so delicious! We were sent on our way with delicious warm coffees for the walk back to our bnb. Thank you so much for making our trip such a memorable one. And with a desert we will never forget. But will definitely try to mimic, knowing we will fail. Can’t wait to come back to Peducah!
Also would like to add I bought a cinnamon role in a cup with icing and oh my good gracious…. Who ever is baking that has a gift from above.

We were in town for the 2024 eclipse, and what an awesome way to end the eclipse by having some delicious ice cream. They even have old school candy, it was pretty nostalgic to see all the different kinds they had, most of which I thought were discontinued, or maybe just hard to find but were from my childhood.

What a great place for a treat. We ordered the 12″ pepperoni and sausage pizza and boy did it not disappoint. Quality ingredients and made fresh. Ice cream and baked goods are amazing. Exceptional service and friendly staff. A must stop for those visiting downtown Paducah.

Wife was craving ice cream after walking the riverfront. We walked in & were immediately hit with the incredible smell of their homemade waffle cones. Their ice cream flavors are unique and all homemade. They have no problem letting you taste before deciding what to buy. Their shop is cute with old time sodas & candy. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and it was busy but we’ll managed. You could tell they were a success by the customer’s reactions to the smells & taste.
