If you are looking for mediocre tasteless food and a noisy atmosphere this is the place for you. We arrived at 6:25 for a 6:30 reservation. We were told to wait. The table was ready but we were not seated. We got drinks at the bar. We were finally seated at 7:05 pm. Waiting for anyone to acknowledge us, we were gathering cash to the bar to get another round of drinks. The host offered to get them for us. Much later, orders were taken. There was an extremely loud party so that we weren’t able to have a conversation at our table. It was a stressful disappointing experience.

My pregnant wife and I live in the neighborhood and she likes the fish fry here. I always order something simple because they have served us less than quality food before (we have never complained). I ordered the chicken sandwich special, and we decided to get it to go because the staff seemed miserable. The bill was $46 and I tipped $10, and we headed home. They even charged us an extra dollar for each meal, the bartender said they do that for to go orders. They had never done that before, and that does seem a bit strange. When I opened my food it was fries, a dry over cooked piece of chicken and a bun in tin foil (pictured below). Since this was not the first time I’ve gotten a questionable meal I decided to call them and let them know I wasn’t happy with the meal respectfully. She advised me to comeback and speak with the owner. When I arrived the owner just threw $46 on the bar and told me “ Don’t ever comeback again”. Very unprofessional establishment, with terrible service and below average food quality.

This is my very first review. I couldn’t let this gem of a restaurant go unnoticed. I ordered the haddock casino which was unbelievable. House salad/ dressing was also very good. Big portions and fair prices. Wish I could take this restaurant back home to Indiana with me. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

This place is for drunk local people only. Food was absolutely dreadful, placed smelled like fish and they dont even serve coffee anymore. They said it’s to expensive to buy when no one drinks it after dinner. Outside the of the restaurant hasn’t been cleaned in years. Old rotten deck with 2 guys out there drinking, smoking and spitting. Such a shame.

The restaurant is on the small side so our group of 6 were all squeezed around a table best suited for 4. Both of the people who ordered steak were disappointed but enjoyed everything else they ordered. Everyone else was happy with their orders.

The food was amazing! The chicken parmigiana was delicious! Don’t even get me started on the two sides. Hands down the BEST corn I have ever had at a restaurant! Definitely the perfect spot to hit after a nice day at Niagara Falls!

A must for Fish Fry…best in town. Always fresh! Other seafood offerings top notch. Great drink prices. The bar has a Cheers vibe. The restaurant is a little tight but it works.

Forest Hill catered our wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We did a pasta buffet and everyone was raving about how wonderful the food is! Forest Hill has also catered baby/bridal showers for my family members in the past and has always done a wonderful job. Peg was so sweet and helpful! She was quick to respond and kept checking in with us on the big day! She even went out of her way to save me some of the amazing cream sauce ravioli in a to-go box for after the wedding! They are also super fairly priced.
