We got the stuffed avocado which was delicious and very unique and the brownie a la mode.
Noah provided excellent service, he keptdrinks topped up and offered some great tourist must see ideas. He was particularly great and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for him when we return.
Highly recommend.
Dining area was a bit too loud and crowded for conversation on Saturday night, but still a great experience.
My kids and I went on Mother’s Day for a casual lunch. We waited outside 30 minutes before opening and had very realistic expectations about the time it would take to be seated and eat. From the time we sat down to getting our orders, it was an hour. Again, we had no expectations of getting served in a timeframe that would be considered normal on a random day. We were just happy to sit and talk. The waiter was friendly. No rush on our part. When my food came, the beef had barely been seared on the outside. The inside was raw. Once I cut into it, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the meat. I’d had a few bites of egg and just decided I’d eat something later.
The waiter noticed it right away. I never said a word about it. He took it to be refired. A while later, the same plate of cold eggs and waffle came back with blood on them from my “refired” beef that hadn’t been cooked again.
I never asked for a discount and typically don’t. I typically pay and chalk it up as a place to avoid. The waiter took it upon himself to ask the manager. As I went to pay the bill, I saw my check had a $3.xx discount. At this point, I found the weird discount more frustrating as it pointed out the inedible meal cost almost $30 but a $3 discount was given. Frankly, the whole interaction was bizarre and left us all a bit annoyed. The server received an excellent tip, because it wasn’t his fault. He did his part.
Later that day, all three of us had food poisoning.
To drink, I had a Pineapple Juice Mimosa and a Forest Mule, both of which were super refreshing. The mimosa was a fun twist with the pineapple juice, and the mule was just the right balance of flavors. This spot is definitely a must-try—I’ll be back soon!
What a great diamond in the rough of a restaurant. I grabbed dinner with some friends last night here and was extremely impressed.
The menu is incredible and loaded with some usual fares along with some unexpected surprises.
We started with the Rueben egg rolls and they were super flavorful. Great sauce and cooked well.
I had a wedge salad to start with and it was incredibly fresh.
I had the glazed salmon with mushroom rice and Brussels sprouts. Everything was cooked just right and had tons of flavor. Even the very last bite was scrumptious.
Friends had the burger and also a wedge salad with salmon. Everyone was very happy with their food and spoke highly of the menu.
Bianca did an incredible job serving us and was friendly and attentive.
We can’t wait to go back!
