We ordered a Red Velvet cake for Christmas. It looked beautiful. However it lacked flavor and the cake had been overcooked. This resulted in the outer 1/2 inch of the cake being hard and unappetizing. Wouldn’t get an expensive cake from them again.

Our first time coming here. Drove up from Tacoma. Nice ride. Forest Bakery selection was limited due to taking product to farmer’s market. Did score cookies and jalapeno bread. Cookies are tasty. The bread excellent. Highly recommend you call in and order early. We will drive up again

The cake was beautifully decorated (custom sugar print from photo I provided), and absolutely delicious. There was only one piece of cake left over and most plates were cleaned. The customer service was very kind and responsive. I rarely ever leave reviews. I’ll be a repeat customer for my daughter’s upcoming birthday.

I tried the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and raspberry cobbler; both were underwhelming. The cinnamon roll dough was almost flavorless and the frosting textbook. The cobbler was very disappointing. The dough was dry and the raspberry was tart and sticky. The mocha was water with a splash of coffee. The staff was very nice.
