Right at the entrance to the waterfall, just before you hop on the buggy, there’s this little gem—and I’m surprised not many people talk about it.
We stopped by around 3PM and the place was empty, which made it even better. Sitting beside the stream with good food and no crowds felt like we found a secret spot.
The food was tasty, the view was calming, and the sound of the water just tied it all together. If you’re visiting the falls, take a moment here. It’s the perfect slow break before or after the hike.

Quán đẹp, nằm ngay cạnh bãi xe điện đi lên thác. Đáng lẽ ăn trưa bên suối sẽ rất đẹp nhưng đang làm đường xẻ núi nên suối đục ngầu. Không gian quán rất rộng, có cả ăn và cafe. Đồ ăn ngon, nhất là gà nướng và món cá nướng gì đó quên tên nhưng thịt dày cui.
Điểm đau đầu duy nhất là nhân viên ngáo ngơ, chậm kinh khủng, gọi món thì cứ ok ok nhưng lại quên luôn đồ.

It is a newly opened restaurant near Kuang Si Waterfall. It is a restaurant with a beautiful natural view and a stream flowing through it. Surrounded by nature, the air is fresh and cool. The food is delicious, especially the spicy Lao papaya salad. The staff provides excellent service. If anyone comes to Luang Prabang, I would recommend this restaurant.
