Compared to other bbqs in the area this one was less tasty for the ribs and chicken combo. The rice was regular , the fries were really crispy which I liked and the tostones were good too.
Next time I would stick to the fries/tosfones and ribs only.
The lady at the register (which was nice) and the guy at the kitchen had some type of drama going on which was unpleasant but overall okay place.

FINGERNAIL FOUND IN FOOD! I ordered for pickup last week. A tray of Rice, Fries, Beef short ribs, and garlic shrimp. When I went to get my second helping of leftovers the next day, I pulled out a fingernail from my mouth. WHY ARE THE COOKS CLIPPING THEIR NAILS NEXT TO THE FOOD? I called the same day I found it and was told I would get a call from the owner later that night. I am still waiting for that phone call DAYS later. Absolutely disgusting. THEY ARE DIRTY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The chicken and pork rib combo best thing to get for lunch. Feeds about 3 people. Great seasoning and flavor. Comes with yellow rice and fries as well.

Ordered online from Fords BBQ for lunch with a co worker. I ordered from the lunch menu half ribs/half chicken with fries and rice. Everything was pretty good except for the fries. As you can see from the picture the chicken was placed on top of the fries making them very greasy and soggy. The only other thing that seemed a little odd is that when ordering online I was charged a convenience fee of less than $2 plus a carry out fee of less than a $1. Never seen a carry out fee and I found that rather odd.

Call in a order for pickup on my way to work. My usual place was closed and decided to give Fords a try. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The person taking my order was a little rude. When I arrived to pick up my order the restaurant was empty ( confused as to why I was placed on hold so long). As I began to pay, the young lady working register tried to get me to mindlessly hit the custom tip option (for the max).I refused and selected what was more appropriate for the service I received. When I arrived to work and opened the tray, the pork chops were over cooked (dry) and flavorless, the rice tasted old, and the vegetables were bland. Never again.
