Awesome food and good atmosphere and good service, friendly people. Be careful though as they will upcharge you a lot. $6 spirits happy hour will turn to $7 when you ask them if this delicious cocktail is really $6 and they say no it’s $7 for a different spirit then when you get the bill it’s really $11. If it’s not written down you’ll get a surprise at the end.. Overall though the food is very yummy, just stick with the menu and don’t deviate or else your bill be $120 for 3 people. P.s. 18% tip is automatically added.

On a Thursday coming in Ford Patio. The bartender greeted my husband and I and sat us at the bar. The bartender, Damien had exceptional customer service and can make so strong drinks. Very attentive. The food was great. We had the steak bites, catfish nuggets, and chicken eggrolls a 10/10. We will be returning real soon

very conflicted on where to rate the service.. my drinks were AWFUL but my waitress was AMAZING!! The waitresses vibe was literally unmatched. I’d definitely come back just to see Adri. I genuinely gave up on the drinks so if there is any feedback that will be taken into consideration Ford Patio, it should be PLEASEEE find a NEW BARTENDER! especially since my waitress let me know she is tipping out to the worst drink maker I’ve ever encountered in my years of drinking.. I’m far from a bartender but I guarantee I could do much better and that says a lot..

This place was not our first choice as there are only 2 restaurants in walking distance from our hotel. Our first choice had a 45 minute wait so we decided to try this one out.
Greeted unprofessionally as we walked through the parking lot a door greeter/host made a comment, we didn’t know he worked there. Took us to our booth.
Our waitress, “Bubbles” was somewhat friendly but a horrible waitress. Not sure she was the only one working but we were practically ignored most of our visit as she tended to all her other tables.
She was attentive taking our drink orders and bringing water to the table but never brought napkins or dinnerware. We reordered 1 drink and took over 15 minutes to get it. Our food took awhile as well and we were missing a simple pizza order. Bubbles walked to our table, looked confused as she was bringing another meal to the wrong table. We finally got the pizza.
She forgot our mayonnaise, asked for no salt fries and got salt, asked for napkins as we had none and no utensils as well.
Worse service ever experienced as you see by my reviews!
Giving a 2 star rating based off of the taste and quality of food or would have given a “0” if that was possible.

I love the chill lay back atmosphere. Patio has a smoking section. The only very small issue I had was how long it took them to bring us our pizza order. I feel that it was due to the high volume if people there. They were having a halloween party and my husband and I won 1st place. Props to DJ Art! I’m coming back here in the spring.

So my 3rd or 4th time here with the same unfortunate outcome with the same UNFORTUNATE waitress/bartender I thought them placing her as a bartender would make her more attentive than when she was a waitress but unfortunately not.. she’s very unprofessional.. a bad attitude, always having a smart comment to simple questions. I always have to ask for extra things such as silverware or water which I thought would be automatic when ordering food. I asked to have a drink remade it took an extra 20 minutes just for her to remake it and it honestly tasted even worse than before. Highly do not recommend coming when she’s there!! she is a young white lady! I believe her name is sin and I promise the gratuity will not be worth the experience with her!!

This is not an opulent-looking place. What it is is a place filled with gracious staff and a very welcoming attitude. Our server’s name was Adriana. What an outgoing person she was. She was very helpful with the menu. The food was great. The chef TK (?) came out to speak with us. His concern was that we enjoyed his cooking, which of course we did. The owner came out and had an engaging conversation with us. What a great customer experience! We will definitely be back. As the saying goes, don’t judge a book by it’s cover…
