Food is great, super tasty and great menu. However we went in twice in 3 days and both times multiple ingradients and soup options had run out by 1pm. Staff are friendly but service is very slow and slightly painful

50 minutes. 2 items. Placed an online order for a wrap and a bowl. Showed up about 20 minutes after order, to have them start on the order. Stand in the pickup area for another 30 minutes. Told at 15 minutes ‘the press isn’t heated up’ (11:00a – lunch service). Watched 3 wrap orders get served to eat-in patrons. Asked staff multiple times about the order with different excuses, eventually being ignored. Food is decent – it’s a great option to have in town, but never again with that level of service. Wasted my entire lunch hour waiting.

Forage used to be AMAZING! Not sure what happened in the past couple of years, but every time I go in they don’t have the ingredients for my bowl; This has been the case for the past 6 months… service is slow, staff is dismissive… Today, I walked in when they were DEAD, and they prioritized the online orders coming in and made me wait there for more than 5 minutes (nobody was in line) all for me to discover they don’t have 3/9 ingredients for my bowl… very disappointed… it’s also funny that another review mentions the same exact problem and forage replied and said they would fix it, and that was 4 weeks ago… they haven’t.

Recently visited this establishment and was pleasantly impressed. The staff were very professional, warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful and patient with the customers. As someone new to the area, they took the time to talk me through the options, make recommendations, and help me with my order every step up the way. The food was superb. This was the best tasting salad I’ve had in at least the last five years if not longer. All the ingredients were fresh, colorful, and tasty. I did the create your own option with half lettuce and half mixed greens. I then topped it with carrots, cucumbers, and corn, followed by parmesan cheese, croutons, and chicken. This was all mixed with a salsa roja dressing. (There are many many many more options to include in your salad. This is just what I chose). The food was very reasonably priced and well worth the cost. There is plenty of seating, including some by large windows allowing you to look and see what is happening outside. This is a must visit if you’re in the area! Do not regret missing out on this amazing food.

Really unique option. It’s like a sweetgreen x chipotle that turns out in a lovely way. The bowls and wrap are both filling and leave you with a healthier meal as well while eating out. Would recommend trying their Thai curry bowl at least once (sweet potato base). Definitely a go-to in this area. And good portions for the prices.

Lovely food, used to be our favorite place. But starting to go downhill. They are always out of stuff. Stay stocked on your ingredients! It’s no fun to drive all the way there and they’re out of 3/9 things on my favorite bowl!

So I’ve been coming here since it first opened and have had a number of trained individuals and trainees just starting the position construct my usual Chicken Caesar – however, this recent visit left me very confused and rethinking coming here in the future, considering that this could be a problem every time I visit. I came in today around 4 to order my usual CCS – I see the builder is pretty new given that they needed the formula sheets still to build meals. I’m a bit shocked at how little of each item was added – and I’m really not nit-picky about portions or amounts. The salad, basically, was absurdly ill-constructed, I almost have to think it was intentional. You can see in the pictures (I have not mixed this salad at all by the way, only pushing the bread around to show every thing underneath) that everything was just kinda thrown in there. To charge $15 for this amount of food is absurd; I also did not want to be rude because he genuinely appeared so anxious to get it right but I’m so confused because if this employee was simply following management instructions to hold back on portions, I just will not return in future since I expect a good portion of food for $12-15 price range. I remember visiting around the first couple months this establishment opened and the stark difference to the amounts they gave us then to now is insane to me. Overall, I hope they work on consistency and training because it’s very upsetting working all day and wanting to treat yourself to a higher end type salad and receiving literally less than 50% of what I used to in previous visits. Do better 🙁

I am a vegetarian and it’s really hard to find good places to eat. Forage kitchen makes healthy meals and is super hygienic. It is my favourite go-to place for lunch.

paid $12 for a teeny scoop of chicken (+$3 btw) three cherry tomatoes and spinach when i asked for kale. also a beautiful piece of the bread heel when there was a whole tray of pieces to choose from. to say this is not good value would be an understatement
