Forage Bistro and Lounge understands positioning. Not just on the plate, but on the map.

Happy Hour from 3 to 5 is not an afterthought here. The onion rings came out large, crisp, and disciplined. Just the right amount of batter. Zero grease. Paired with a clean, balanced aioli that didn’t overpower the bite.

The pita and bean platter was generous and fresh. Built to share, but strong enough to stand on its own. Every element tasted intentional. Hearty without being heavy.

Now add espresso martinis and a lineup of craft cocktails that actually deserve the title. The food didn’t compete with the drinks. It complemented them. That’s rare.

And then there’s the setting. Ground level of the runway at Driggs-Reed Memorial Airport. We watched a jet roll past while finishing our cocktails. You’re not near the runway. You’re on it.

Top-tier location. Sharp execution. Worth the stop. Worth the fly-in.

This was an amazing place! I don’t think I’ve had a better meal in my entire life. The ambience of this airport themed restaurant was really cool and they allow you to go check out the museum that’s open in one of the hangers.

Excellent!!! Worth the drive if staying in Idaho Falls! Food , staff, ambiance was top notch! It is apparent this is a local community that cares about the food they plate. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! I ordered the pork chops, side of Caesar and pecan tart. I could’ve ordered anything on the menu with confidence I was getting a very good farm to table meal! They also cared about their coffee and provided me a French press to guarantee its freshness. Thank you for this amazing experience!!!!!!

GREAT FOOD & DRINKS, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT VIEWS! We had such a wonderful experience at Forage in Driggs – so good we came back a second time on our trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our entire family feel incredibly welcome—it felt more like a celebration than just dinner. They were especially attentive to my gluten allergy, which made the night that much more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was so kind and attentive and the chef was truly amazing.

The patio was stunning, with incredible views of the Tetons and a vibe that perfectly balanced upscale and laid-back. Every detail, from the craft cocktails to the fresh, flavorful dishes, felt intentional and elevated, and SO DELICIOUS!!!

Highly recommend Forage if you’re in the area—great food, great people, and a setting you won’t forget. We’ll absolutely be back!

Don’t forget to check out the Teton views on the patio, and go inside to tour the vintage warbirds!!

A fantastic meal with creative options using fresh ingredients. Our group of six had a great time and loved our meals. The service was friendly and very knowledgeable on each of the menu items.
I had the beef short rib and it was perfectly prepared with a deep savory flavor. Everyone loved their meal choices.

10/10. Went here for Valentine’s Day dinner. The food and cocktails were delicious and the service was attentive, accommodating and kind. Ordered the ravioli and meatballs. Both delicious. The crème de pot was amazing ! Started off with the ahi tuna app – tasteful and filling. Def will visit this place again. Worth every penny. Tried four cocktails and the mule was the best !

Everyone in our group loved their entree; gnocchi, bison burger, grain bowl with chicken, beef medallions, except me. I had the brisket sliders and corn stuffed peppers. Peppers were too spicy, and the brisket was crackling (hard.)
The atmosphere is nice. The restaurant was casual, but still elegant.

Food at Forage is always delicious, but some of the charm of the service and ambiance has been lost since moving out to the airport. We were seated right next to the bar and there was a large group of women who were pretty loud and taking up a lot of the server’s time while we were just trying to enjoy a more quaint dinner out and felt a bit ignored. I think their bar scene has taken away from what we used to really like about coming here. Next time we will asked to be seated outside that area and might have a better dining experience.
