This location is very spacious and has plenty of seats. Its clean and new looking. Service was outstabding. Oliver promptly took my order and started preparing my meal right away. The single patty was perfectly portioned and highly satisfying. The flavor profile was commendable, it was undeniably delicious. Mainly because Oliver (Awesome dude) cooked my burger to perfection. I will definitely be back at this location to try other items next time.

I was so excited to try out this new location by the Beverly center but this place is awful… for starters the store itself is dirty, the tables and seats were covered in grease and food bits. Took at least 20 minutes for us to get our order despite the store being empty. I got the single cheeseburger which was $9 and ridiculously priced for how small it is. I am so confused how they are charging $1 to add a slice of tomato or a leaf of lettuce. They take smash burger to the next level, it really looks like someone took out all their anger and demolished the patty on the grill. My cheese wasn’t even heated all the way!? It was still cold and firm in the middle. The Brussel sprouts were totally overcooked and I don’t think there was even a speck of seasoning or salt on them. I literally had to ask the worker for a bowl of salt to make them edible. The fries were good. Overall, 2/5 and I would not come back here and would not recommend anyone come back here.

Summary: Good burger, smash burger-style, but typical 21st Century soul-less restaurant experience.

– I thought I was being a pig ordering a triple burger but the patties are so thin that I can’t imagine a single patty burger satisfying anyone other than a child or a really old granny. The burger itself was definitely good. Amazing? No. Just good. Certainly not Golden State-level
– Brussels sprouts were very good
– Sweet potatoes were good (but I guess you have to buy the dipping sauce separately. Mayo and other condiments packets are available for free)

Nothing else to say. Order at the unmanned kiosk when you walk in. Wait was reasonable.

Would I drive for this burger again? Never. But if I’m somewhere and this place is convenient or near it, I’ll eat this burger again.

Ordered pickup from here tonight and the below is what we received. Fries that look like someone ate half of them, 1 burger looking absolutely inedible, and 1 with the bun put on upside down?? Not pictured is the giant pile of mushy onions thrown in the middle of my burger for some reason. Maybe they were supposed to be grilled with the patty? They literally threw these burgers into a box and potentially gave us someone’s old fries? Store was absolutely empty, and there’s no working phone number to reach them. Don’t waste your money here.

Totally a swing and miss of a first experience. Burgers had way too much sauce on them, and were packaged terribly. Leaked all over the bag. Could hardly taste the flavor because there was so much sauce. Would maybe give them one more try but that’s about it.

I saw the Instagram posts from the grand opening and decided to stop by—it was worth it! The burger was the size of the plate and packed with flavor. The BBQ sauce is sweet and pairs perfectly with the sweet potato fries!

I ordered from DoorDash while visiting LA. I had seen an influencer post about it and was excited to try but got nervous with all these mixed reviews. It was excellent! If you like smash burgers, this is it! Taste similar to in n out but with a little kick. The fries were great too, especially for the delay with delivery. Definitely would recommend.

There is staple in the burger. I was shocked. How is that happened!? Clearly it tells me that the kitchen is very messy and unsanitary.

Actually used to like this place but then this location opened up. Absolutely the worst customer service. No one here is happy to work here absolutely miserable. The worst part I tried brining my gf and friend here to try and we get there at 9:30pm and they have everything shut off. Grill off. Chairs up on tables and staff just standing there behind counter. We go are you still open? Remind you the place closes at 10pm. They go yeah we’re closed. Then change your operation time to say closed at 9:30pm because there is no reason they should be closed and not serving smash burgers 30 minutes before they close. It’s the one item they sell. Total joke. Go to Burger She Wrote down street. Better yet the Win-Dow they have a new location at the Grove smash burger is half the price and probably even better.

This place has a cool vibe and atmosphere. The food was pretty good, the only thing that was lacking was how dry the burger was. But the sweet potato fries and even the regular fries was a 10/10. Prices are alittle steep but compared to other fast food chains its average.

In order to eat here you have to park around the corner in a structure that has you pay 1.50 for 1 hour and increases the longer you stay.
