Tampa Bay Food Tours’ home base is in a bit of a culinary desert — Town & Country isn’t exactly a destination dining neighborhood. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t standouts, and Foody’s is definitely one of them.
The food is always fresh, plentiful, and satisfying, with something on the menu for everyone. It’s an especially popular weekend breakfast spot, and for good reason. My go-to is the huge gyro Greek salad. It’s generous enough for a second — sometimes even third — meal, especially if I grab an extra potato salad to replace the one I demolished. The menu features many Greek favorites and home style favorites.
They offer 2-for-1 wine and beer and drink specials all day, which is a nice bonus. The outdoor patio sits right on Hillsborough Avenue, so there is some traffic noise, but the welcoming atmosphere makes up for it. The staff always seem genuinely grateful for your visit.

Great find for us. Traveling to Tampa found Foodys with a quick Google search. Awesome food and great service. Gabi was our server and she gave some great recommendations for us. I had the French Toast burger (great) and the wife had the Chicken Souvlaki Platter. Polished it off with the cheesecake. Give them a try for some great food!!! Will be back if we are down there again.

First time trying this place. I went for breakfast. It right next to wawa. The employee there are great. Great service. I originally was craving shrimp and grits but they do not offer that but they had fish and grits so I tried that. The grits were pretty good. The fish for me was okay. I ordered it blackened but they serve good portion. I definitely filled myself up with that plate. It came with eggs and toast but I order a side of French toast. French toast was definitely enjoyed. I am a foodie so I do critic on flavor and for good quality taste. I definitely would come back to try other things on the menu. Decent pricing.

Here we go again people another hidden Gem found in Tampa. Service was wonderful food amazing very tasty and not oily. The manager who took care of us was welcoming and amazing. Excellent, every time. My absolute favorite place to go for a Greek salad and my husband’s for gyros. The chicken on the Greek salad is charred to perfection. Every time we have people in town, we bring them here. They also make a great spicy mango margarita! Great service and the owner is

This is my go to spot when headed to the airport. The food is always delicious and great service. The portions are so big you can share. The club sandwich with the egg is my absolute favorite. Great cocktail selection.

Their good reviews got me to come in and give it a try. I found it to be a very nice and clean looking restaurant. The mix of food was interesting, but we were all happy with our choice of food. The service was very attentive and service with a smile. We will be back for more.

Food was absolutely amazing and great quality. Watermelon was fresh and sweet, omelets are flavorful with huge! Staff were very attentive and nice. They did a great job of explaining the menu to us since we are from out of state and have never been here before. Really wish this restaurant was closer to home because we would be here everyday!

First time here and Wow!!! The food was delicious!! They make almost everything homemade and use family recipes!! Our waitress Gabby was amazing! She recommended dishes and a few desserts that we took home. Spoke to the owner and he’s just so humble. Definitely a favorite and we will be back!

Everything was perfect! Me and my boyfriend came in about 7pm and were greeted by Felix our server and he was absolutely amazing! Everything came out in great time and beautifully, everything tasted really good. He was also very attentive and friendly. The drinks were great. I highly recommend the Nutella martini! I have a sweet tooth and it was amazing. The food was also delicious.We tried honey feta triangle pies appetizer it definitely hit the spot. I had the Big Gus sandwich and it was delicious. The lemon chicken soup was also to die for! The bread was also really good. (Homemade) My boyfriend got the French burger and was very pleased. The fries came out nice and crispy, which were really happy about and then we got to top it off with a nice hookah session towards the end the owner Nick came out a couple times to check on us to make sure everything was good and just made the experience much more enjoyable . We will definitely be back. 5/5 ⭐️ thank you!
