FoodTrip is a restaurant that truly feels like home.
What makes it stand out most is that every dish is cooked fresh right after you order. The food has that comforting homemade quality that’s hard to find.
We tried a great variety of dishes, and every one of them delivered. The crispy pata was perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The pansit was well seasoned, while the longsilog tasted exactly like a classic home cooked Filipino breakfast. The pork barbecue was juicy and packed with flavor. To finish we had halo halo for dessert which was refreshing and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Beyond the food the hospitality at FoodTrip made the experience even better! The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Overall FoodTrip isn’t just a place to eat it’s a place to enjoy fresh authentic Filipino food served with warmth and heart. Thank you so much Gem and Relly!

When we first stepped in, it smelled like the Philippines!!! It reminded us of when my husband and I went to SM Mall at one of their cafeterias. We were greeted and had AMAZING customer service. We felt at home… LITERALLY felt like we were at home with our Filipino families cooking. We wanted to try our favorite dishes and they were all authentic and delicious. The shrimp sinigang and tortang talong were my favorite!! We are definitely coming back with more friends and family to try other foods. This place is a perfect for big family gathering or for friends to try Filipino food for the first time. We’re looking to our next FoodTrip

Incredibly flavorful food and it was all freshly cooked! This felt like a rare gem find to me, and it is definitely a spot that you should try at least once if you’re a sucker for asian food. Personally, I recommend the sizzling sisig, it filled me up immensely and had such a good taste (especially because I love to eat pork). The owner of the shop is very kind and clearly passionate about his work too, that is something I always appreciate for a local food spot. If you wanna support a local business, this is the place to do so. Thank you Relly for the free Ube ice cream! Me and my girl loved the food, and we will definitely come again 🙂

I dined here because I wanted to introduce my significant other to Filipino cuisine. I have to say she loved it! She had the milkfish dish and it was so delicious.

The man and woman running this shop
were also so very kind and willing to help!

Please go to this restaurant!

FoodTrip – full, happy, and smiling.
We loved this place.
First of all, the young waiter (owner’s son maybe?) was everywhere — running the floor nonstop with the best attitude. Super attentive, genuinely hardworking, and honestly impressive.
I ordered the crispy milkfish (the famous Filipino national fish), and my husband had the chicken skewers. The seasoning was slightly bold, but with rice it was perfectly balanced — exactly how it should be.
At the next table, a group ordered noodles and Crispy Pata.
Let me just say: that pork leg looked like something a medieval barbarian would proudly feast on. Huge. Legendary. Easily enough for four people.
This is not a “small portion” place.
This is a come hungry, leave very full kind of place — in the best way.
We were curious about the ube ice cream, and they kindly treated us to it. A lovely surprise and a sweet ending.
Bonus: Bible verses on the walls made the whole space feel warm and welcoming.
Great food, generous portions, kind people.
This feels like a place destined to succeed.
We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful time here! All of the staff were helpful and super nice, and everything we tried there was amazing. I personally recommend the Pancit Canton, as it was incredible! There were barely any people there when we were eating and I really think that this place deserves all the attention it can get.

Absolutely delicious! The garlic rice was yummmmmy and fluffy, the beef barbeque was tender and reminded me of Korean galbi, and the crispy pata (an entire pork leg!) was sooo tender and juicy with a crispy exterior that was just amazing.

Service and prices were great (especially considering the serving sizes) and I can’t wait to try other menu items.

****PEANUTS SERVED HERE****

****IF YOU’RE ALLERGIC YOUVE BEEN MADE AWARE****

We found this new wonderful Filipino cuisine available in Santa Maria. Such an amazing little restaurant atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere (although the music could be turned down quite a bit, but very chill mellow music.) Everything was delicious and presented so nicely on the plates and by the waitress who honestly did an amazing job as waitress and hostess.

The wonderful thing that will make some people cringe and others like myself smile with glee is the little appetizer of garlic fried peanuts made in house, that they bring you as your food is being prepared amazing sliced and fried garlic in the peanuts tha make for the most amazing crunch treat.

Get some of the delicious pork bbq skewers that are great if you love grilled pork.

Tapsilog- is an adobo type stir fried beef with garlic fried rice and two eqqs

Longsilog- is a longanisa (sweet pork sausage) grilled and crispy deliciousness served with two eggs and garlic rice. ( We all know this was my favorite.)

Don’t forget to try the Ube and Mango ice cream. Some of my personal favorite, treats.

Head on down and give them a try they also do catering.

Dine in,
Take out and
Catering available.

P.S. This is a great place to stop by pick up food and head to Waller park for a nice picnic.

Nice, clean spot with friendly service. Got Lupiang Shanghai. It was fried perfectly, pork inside was good, not over seasoned. Possibly premade but, good nonetheless. Next, the Kare Kare. The tail meat was very tender, lots of fat on a couple pieces, had green beans, eggplant, bocchoy in peanut sauce. Sauce was good, did not come off as “peanutbuttery.” Then the Lechon Kawali. Fried perfectly as the meat and fat were still tender and juicy, no hard, dry over cooked meat, skin still crunchy. In addition, had the Pancit Bihon. It had good flavor and consistency. Finally finished the meal with Halo Halo, which was made well with Ube ice cream. Everything (except maybe the lumpiang, which was good in it’s own right) tasted and looked homemade and came with customary sauces/condiments etc. Took home A LOT of left overs(only 2 people). Will be back to try the eveything else, Bar B Que items in particular.
