Terrible company. Latches themselves onto restaurant’s Google accounts so they can place the order for you in order to make $$. 2 hours late, informed I was receiving refund. Nothing yet. It’s been a week!!

The thing that upset me about this company is they place the order through their website to reap in money. I thought I was placing order through the original restaurant in tracy CA and when I called the restaurant to make sure the order was completed correctly they told me they do not even have a delivery service available. I contacted foodnearu support and in broken semi English they tried to tell me they have right to deliver. I noticed in my bank account it was through this company it was placed I called them not to process order. It took 7 days to be refunded for a order I never received for a total of $36.73. Beware and do not patronize this company. It isn’t what it seems. Better off having uber deliver your order.

Because I don’t like pizza and I stay in hotels alot I order from this establishment 3x a week sometimes more. 2 out of 3 times they haven’t read the notes on my order left something behind didn’t bring utensils or condiments and don’t have change. Today I asked for a lemonade I got a coke i say no onions and here they are not to mention it’s all cold. I put in the notes to check my order before they left the restaurant so theirs no excuse. They never rectify anything they just apologize and do it again the next time. Needless to say I’ll be eating pizza and Chinese food from here on out tired of wasting my money. The previous reviews are most likely the guys who work there or family

If there was a negative 30 stars I would think that was too high. Absolutely ridiculous service / unbelievably slow. You only have one job – delivery on time. And shame on the restaurants using them.
