Really good food! Glad I made the trip out here to Middletown to check this place out. Had the yellow rice lunch plate – fantastic! I usually dislike plantain foods, but these tostones are really good! Savory like french fries. The roast pork was really good too! Empanadas were hot and fresh and well seasoned. I was worried this place was going to be bland to accommodate the local palate, but they found a happy medium. Place has a bunch of different foods so that everyone can find something they like. The owners are really nice as well! Middletown needs more downtown attractions so that these shops along Central have more foot traffic. This is my new favorite spot for yellow (gandule) rice!

The owner was super friendly and nice to talk to! The sandwich’s were very solid (I suggest the Cuban!), and the Mac n cheese was amazing! We live close by and we love local business, I cannot wait to add this into our rotation. Definitely give this place a shot 🙂

The food here is insanely good! I honestly don’t know how to properly express how tasty everything is. The Caribbean fries are delicious and I highly recommend you try them. The staff are really nice and I love how bright and colorful the dining area is. I highly recommend eating here!

This place is a surprise gem. The food and service is awesome. The owner and staff are friendly and they serve Cuban/Asian cuisine like no other. I come from Dayton, just to go there. Definitely recommend.

You won’t find a friendlier staff. Family atmosphere with a unique menu. I highly recommend this place. I also have had Foodeez cater two family events. At both, my guests raved about the food. And their prices are very reasonable — both in the cafe and the catering.

Food was good, place is cute, prices are good. I think since they are still new they need more time to figure out service part. It took a long time to get our food 35 minutes for warm deli sandwiches with chips and they were not busy.

Stopped in for a late lunch, and had a FANTASTIC experience!! We had the chicken empanada with tostones and the biscuit & gravy empanada with a side of eggs and bacon… YUM!!! Food was fresh and flavorful and perfectly satisfying. I’ll gladly return!

You wouldn’t think you’d find arroz con gandules here but you will! Tostones, pernil, amarillitos, Kola Champagne, Old Colony. Great people, great tastefulness.
