Online service review:
– The email verification window is 30 seconds, and gets through my corporate firewall with 3 second to spare to enter the security code. Not enough time.
– The “find your workplace” feature to locate nearby restaurant options cannot find my address, so I cannot use their service
– The online chat support feature would not connect me with a representative because it said the messages I was sending were not going through (see picture). I cannot get tech support. I will not be using this company, and I don’t recommend you do either.

If I could leave a -1000 star review, I would. Fooda is the worst company ever, and Matt is even worse. Apparently, he is the regional manager in the NW….puhahaha..… Fooda, you need to do better!!! He lies and is not professional. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 10 + years and this THE THE worst to company to work with. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!

Zero stars. The have robbed me 3 times. They have stolen my customers money countless times. They will very often double charge debit cards. So make sure you know you may be paying double if you buy from them. Being contracted under them is horrid. They will do everything they can to force you into circumstances in which you owe them hundreds of dollars in fees they do not tell you about until after you owe them. They keep your money on retainer so if you want to be paid by then you have to pay the fees. It’s 100% theft.

Always cold. Never authentic. Today’s gyro was a disaster. Falafel cold. Feta warm. Gyro was scraps of shavings. Tastes was terrible. Sorry. You should be concerned with the quality when you do pop up. It’s your business at risk.. I’m sure at the restaurant it’s worth it, but not at pop up.

The location at 330 north Wabash16th flr is a joke. The food comes in greasy containers the soups and chili are watered down. Honestly it looks like the soup and chili are not being refreshed. The chicken fingers and fish are now small scraps of meat. I’ve been going to this location for the last seven or eight years i will not be back this place is terrible now.

Garbage company they fired my husband because their app was down so he had to use cashapp to serve the line of customers if you want to hire a service go with ezCater atleast they get good hot food and the businesses make money unlike with fooda
