I decided to try this restaurant with a friend today and I am not impressed. I ordered oxtail peas and rice, beef patty, and pineapple cake. The rice and peas looked and tasted like couscous and my beef patty was burnt inside and out. I understand the times we are in, but this should not be served to anyone at any time. A new batch of rice should be made and that beef patty should be eaten by the owners and not served. Won’t be visiting again.

This place is part of a food court so the atmosphere being a little blah is on the food court, but the food is a generous portion of tasty authentic Jamaican goodness. We got the jerk chicken and curry chicken meals, plus a few drinks and baked goods. The food was full of flavor, you could taste the ginger, and the scotch bonnet flavor and the portions are huge. You can easily eat it twice, I was able to eat my food three times. Great value for a meal and very tasty. Plus the staff were all very polite and welcoming.

Absolute hidden gem ! I’ve only had a few experiences with Jamaican food but this place has really opened my eyes.
Never tried Ox-tail or “Rasta Pasta” so of course I made that my order. They had more sophisticated options on the menu for those that know
Absolutely delicious. DELICIOUS. And by no means disrespect but I want to say WAGWAN to the chef !!! The ox-tail was so tender and well seasoned . Melted in my mouth
Also loved the rasta pasta you can tell the chef(s) took their time prepping/cooking every ingredient in this dish. Lots of texture, seasoning, and flavor
Overall I was pleasantly surprised w/ the quality of food from a mall restaurant. Would highly recommend others to let down their guard and give this spot a chance. You will not be disappointed !!!

The beef patty didn’t have much flavor. The goat curry and roti (I got it separate) was good, except for the bones.

Bought 2 oxtails, 2 sweet potatoes puddings and a cassava pudding and wow, everything was delicious and not salty. I even asked before buying if they used a lot of salt and was told no. This was so true; the food cooked was just right; oxtail with rice and peas, plantains and collard greens nicely seasoned. They had a lot of natural juices but unfortunately I had bought a drink before, somewhere else. So could not buy any drinks from there. But other customers were buying the juices and stated that they were okay not too sweet, but just right. The prices for the food is a little too high and this is because they are in the mall. Unfortunately and understandably, they need to find a location other than the mall and a more central location because the food is delicious and more people would buy it if the prices are reasonable.
