We were so excited to try Food terminal at Sandy Springs that my coworker recommended. The menu looked great. We had to wait almost 10 min for us to be seated on a weekday afternoon with 80% of the tables being empty. The servers kept looking at us standing there, but no one cared to greet or say something. We kept looking at different waiters, but none of them seemed to care. Finally, I called the waiter at the bar and asked her where we can sit. The racism was showing on their face.

Once seated, the waiter who came to our table showed no interest, whatsoever! For placing a drink order, we had to call her. For placing a food order, we had to call her. The tofu curry tossed noodles came with a ton of noodles underneath tofu with no flavor at all. She said the noodles were tossed in soy sauce. There was not a hint of soy sauce flavor. It felt like they had just drained the noodles in water and placed it in the bowl. The other noodles with mushrooms had barely any mushrooms, undercooked flat noodles, and a ton of lettuce underneath. There was barely any flavor.

We had to go to the bar counter to ask spicy sauce, chilli oil, salt, etc.,.. not once did our waiter come to ask if we needed anything.

We had to take the check to the bar counter to pay.

The customer service was pathetic, food was below average, presentation of the food and atmosphere was good.

I dont think we will be returning again as we are so disappointed.

Had a business meeting here. We only chose this place because it was close to a conference I was at, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. Food was so flavorful and came out in only a few minutes. The atmosphere was average for this type of place which is why I rated it a 3/5 for the atmosphere portion, not because it’s bad. It’s just average. Food and service were easily 5/5 stars.

I love the variety of food here, especially the Malaysian specialties. The flavors are not as rich as they are in Malaysia for the curry, but the Nasi Lemak was great! The rice was very fragrant and the chicken crispy! The eggplant was okay. The Prosperity salad has a good balance of flavors and was refreshing to have on the side. The price is a bit high, but the place is nice.

Service is okay and parking was free at the garage:)

I learnt about this restaurant from a colleague and decided to try it out with him and other work colleagues. We went there during lunch time and our orders got served pretty quick. The items were brought to our table by a Robot but there was a server who actually served the food on our table. I tried the 6 Hours Braised Beef Tossed Noodle and really liked it. The beef was very soft and not chewy at all and had a nice flavor. The service was quite good too and we did not have to wait much. I would visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying lunch with my family at Food Terminal on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, setting a positive tone for our meal.

We started off with the veggie spring rolls, and they were fresh and tasty—an excellent way to kick off our lunch. For my main course, I ordered the curry chicken noodles, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband opted for his usual mango chicken, which he found to be perfectly sweet and spicy. He loved every bite!

To complement our meal, I had a refreshing raspberry lemonade, while my husband enjoyed his iced tea. Both drinks were fantastic and added to the overall experience.

The customer service at Food Terminal was top-notch, making our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to savor delicious Malaysian cuisine!

Stopped by for dinner during a casual meet up and had a solid experience. I ordered the curry roti, which was very tasteful and satisfying.

The atmosphere was a bit loud, but the service was quicker than expected, which made it a good option if you’re not trying to sit around too long.

Overall, I’d recommend trying it out for a quick bite, especially if you’re in the area and want something flavorful without a long wait.

Really cool restaurant with delicious food! The location by North Point is great, so I was happy to have a similar experience here. The menu is so extensive and helpful with lots of pictures for most of the dishes. The salt and pepper chicken nuggets were a nice appetizer, and my Szechuan bone marrow noodles were amazing. So flavorful with the perfect kick of spice. I definitely recommend this place for wonderful Malaysian cuisine!
